In Alpha Protocol, the fight with Konstantine Brayko, the knife guy Yahtzee mentioned in his review of the game.

Not trying to be unoriginal but it was exactly as described. Guy chases me with knifes as I run around the room like a moron. Luckily I chose pistol over hand to hand and spammed the chain shot ability, still died like 20 times -_-

You were warned multiple times not to go there. Your own damn fault really. :D
It's Obsidian trolling Fallout 3 players. Deathclaw in 3 were trivial creatures to dispatch. So when warned of a bunch of them, a player who doesn't know about NV's variant is going to waltz right in the front door and expect to leave a trail of bodies in his wake.

"It worked in Olney, why won't it work in Quarry Junction?"
New game, new rules. Don't expect anything. Deathclaws in 3 were pathetic, NV Deathclaws are actually a threat. They are called Deathclaws for a reason. I played 3 and I knew that I was not going to survive going into quarry junction. Made a save and went in for the lulz. Turned around after firing upon the first one and realizing it's DT absorbed all my damage.

Fighting against Alatreon alone in Monster Hunter Tri is equivealent to tap dancing on sheet ice where youll be killed to death for breaking it.

Another before that is the G-level White Fatalis in Monster Hunter Freedom Unite, fighting him alone compared to Alatreon is like riverdancing on sheet ice thats being held just a few meters above boiling oil.

Not that NV's deathclaw are hard to kill either. All you need is a recharger rifle and a dozer to perch atop. Getting on top of the cab of the dozer is simple enough, just jump onto the bucket, up the arm, and jump one more time. Up there you're 100% safe, since their AI can't figure out how to get you down from up there. The Recharger Rifle is used because it's got infinite ammo and is available literally from day one most of the time.
Now that is an unfair fight, for the Clawies. I just want to reiterate, nobody forced you to go there and you were told not to go there at all. It is entirely optional to run head first into hungry armor plated megalizards and thus it does not belong here.

This is a good example of an unfair fight: The recurring ninja guy boss in Ninja Gaiden 2 on hard and above. Simple because he can hit like a truck, it's hard to forsee and dodge most of his attacks that take off half your health in one hit. He will dodge or block anything you do against him and when faced again later he will bring ninjas that lurk off-screen and throw shurikens at you that explode. This is also required to progress since NG is a linear game.

Basically anything in Ninja Gaiden 2 is a good candidate for most unfair anything ever.
