They actually make bullets that can do this. I forget what they're called, but it's a .50 Cal. round that has an explosive charge and a Tungsten core. When it hits a concrete (or brick, or block) wall, it penetrates halfway through and then blows a patch about a foot in diameter out of the backside at projectile velocities. It basically turns the enemy's cover into a grenade. There's a sniper in Iraq who got 3 kills in 1 shot with these things. (Thank you, History Channel.)
Doesn't matter whether or not it's real: you bring something like that into an FPS, and everyone who isn't playing a sniper will scream 'Foul!' quicker than you can blink your eyes.

Commando in it's current incarnation. Even if it wasn't bugged (it makes you immune to damage during a knife lunge, which is RETARDED) it would still be the most ridiculous perk in the game. I love getting Halo 2 Plasma Sworded from 15 feet away.

"Douchebag" perk. Allows you to double-wield instakill pistols with pinpoint accuracy and 50 ammo in each. Oh, and it also makes you run 4 times faster than people without it.

The ability to never run out of ammo or to reload extremely quickly which allows you to spray bullets non-stop.

Flat (Hard) line - kilstreaks take HALF the time to get. Nuke in 13 kills? I hear a little birdy singing "Cheap! Cheap! Cheap!"

Commando Noob - knife anyone in your line of sight/on the screen.

Something cool though: Bling on Demand - 2 Attachments by default, 3 with Bling Pro.

Extra penetration power. Can penetrate through solid concrete walls and has increased bullet damage. Pro version you can see people through the walls.

I don't know about about a .50 Cal.

But there is an anti-tank weapon that I think is called a squash head.

The head of a rocket or shell is filled with plastic explosive. When it hits the tank, it molds around and is then detonated. Cause a huge chunk of steel to go whizing around inside the confined space, destroying equipment and killing men. Yet, it doesn;t penetrate the armour.

A perk where if you shoot another player, his or her console is turned off.
this would be loads of fun if you were a pro. Additional features could include webcam feed and/or microphone, to hear and watch them rage and swear.

"Stick Around"

A perk which sticks a landmine on your killer and which would trigger if he moves when he spawns. No turning, no jumping, absolutely nothing.

Other players would get special kits to disarm a landmine on a teammate, applying the same rules: when you're disarming one, you can't turn, strafe, crouch, jump or move in any direction. In the event of a failure, their entire team would dissolve into pools of blood and bones.
