I was going to say Sasuke from Naruto, but then someone brought up Misa and I am forced to agree. At least Sasuke is capable of badass ninja techniques, Misa is just so damn annoying and useless and stupid and ARGH! The best I can manage is to feel a little bad for her for being so dumb as to fall into the psychopathic web that Light weaves, but then I remember that she threw herself in there with vigor and entirely of her own will. So no sympathy for her.

True, but they're supposed to be assholes so they aren't derailing the series or anything by being the biggest clan of overpriveleged scumsuckers in the universe. They're just the poster children for absolute power corrupts absolutely.

Oh god Spandam... I'd forgotten about that asshole. Most abusive villain ever, to everyone. To Robin especially but he seemed to think his rank gave him some kind of power despite being a useless and incompetent nobody. It did make for a very satisfying conclusion when Robin finally dealt with him though.

Oh yes very much so, her voice is kryptonite to my ears. I can stand it when she does roles like Kagura in Gintama, but that Tsundere high pitch of the end of her 'tsun tsun' sentences...
Oh the horror *shudders*

Not to mention that she voices a huge ***** most of the time.

Gendo Ikari from Neon Genesis Evangelion. I did not like him, at alllllll. I would be hard pressed to talk to my father if he were ever like Gendo.

What, you don't want a father that runs a huge organization dedicated to protecting humanity, gives you a giant mech to pilot, lets you sleep in the same apartment with a hot employee or with the other female pilots. I'll just ignore the other things he did that would make me hate him.

With that said, Truth from Eureka Seven AO. I don't care if he has to move the plot for AO, he's jerk and I hope Ao gives him the beating of his life.
