Aquaman's power is useful if you happen to live underwater... which he does.

Can't think of a good super-useless power right now so I'll go with a highly situational power! The various superheros who can be summed up by "robin hood like aim". That's great if your in costume, not so good if your just out in the world and have no bow.

You don't really need a bow. Hawkeye used his finger nails once. Looked painful as fuck but it worked.

Aquaman gets a lot of flack, but I don't quite buy it.
Go to Superdickery.com, look under the heading "Stupor Powers." I think you'll find a lot of characters there that make Aquaman look positively bad-ass. Example: Superman's super-weaving abilities. No, it's not using super-speed, the comic very explicitly states that he weaves with super-weaving powers.

Also, before someone else tries to bash on Mati from Captain Planet, he once took down terrorists by bringing the creatures of the forest, from squirrels to a grizzly bear, thundering down upon those poor criminals.

Just a thought. If any superpower can be rendered useless it's not really all that super anyways, and it would probably have left you so dependant of your powers that you'd have no idea how to solve a problem without them.

Then again applying logic to superpowers is probably a futile task, so i'm gonna go with the ability to sneeze and fart at the same time. (In case you're now wondering, yes, i have been watching clips of George Carlin on youtube)
