All of my gifts were "WTF" gifts. I have denounced clothes on many occasions because I have more than I know what to do with. What did I get? Clothes. Also a new Electric razor because my dad was near by while I was shaving with my current one when it was acting a little fluky. Yup, it's fluky, once, let's buy him a whole new one. A cheap one.
I paid $90 for mine, they spent $35 on the gift. I'm really hoping that I can get them to take everything back so I can use the money to get a Terrabyte drive for my PC. They are getting cheap.
Looking back at my post, I sound a little spoiled-bratish. It's not that really. I actually asked that they don't get me anything, and then they go waste their time and money getting me things I neither wanted or needed.

A couple of years ago my great aunt got me "Texas Hold 'Em" for DOS. I don't even play cards that often but for DOS?! To be fair, she probably thought it was a new state of the art.
I got a 2009 calendar, although the fact that I owned a watch (which displayed what day it was and what day of the week it was) and a computer (giving me access to unparalleled amounts of information about the current month) kind of rendered it useless. But hey, at least it has Dalai Lama quotes on every page....
I got a scarf. Seriously Aunt Cindy... a scarf? Of all the embarrassing articles of clothing you could have possibly picked (sweater vest, underwear, ugly ties), why a scarf of all things?
It was a WTF present but it was a good WTF. I got a book called "Goodnight Bush" It was a parody of good night moon with George Bush with Dick Cheney whispering hush. It's a awesome book that I'll will read to my kids when I'm older. Daddy, who's George Bush? Why did he do those things?

Mine was a condiment gun... yep a large yellow and red plastic kiddies style hand gun which you fill up with Ketchup to shoot on your fries.
Not sure why anyone would bother because most ketchup comes in a squirty bottle anyway.

I got my friend a radiohead DVD : Meeting People Is Easy. Lol Any radiohead fan would get the joke. If not then well basically MPIE was a film featuring radiohead on tour. It was the lowest point for the band when they were all getting depressed. ( This is around the OKC period )
