Pride and Goddamn Prejudice. I went to see it in exchange for a trip to five guys, the best restaurant ever.

Somehow, it was even worse than I thought. It follows the lives of bunch of annoying, shrieky characters that wonderful conversations about fucking ribbons.

Everyone in this movie was extremely irritating, to the point where I mentally superimposed on all the characters faces every time they talked. It was the most boring, pointless, banal piece of tripe I've seen in my life, and I've seen Shark Boy and Lava Girl, a masterpiece compared to this shit.
Yeah the movie is; the book, on the other hand, is a lot better but only if you like pointed satire about the failings of the english upper classes.
I did end up reading the version with zombies. Quite entertaining.

You'll probably enjoy Sense and Seamonsters and Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter... there's one other one I can't think off.

I've fallen asleep while watching Vanilla Sky. Just couldn't get into it for some reason. And I usually don't fall asleep during a movie either. xD It takes a lot for me to. I usually can hold out until the movie ends. :)

Feel bad for saying this but avatar, mostly because it is way too long.
Also, the matrix movies for some reason, I finally managed to get through the first one.

Ocean's twelve and collateral. The first, I have no idea what's going on, at any point and the second, I just can't stay awake for the whole film. Collateral also seems to suffer from dialouge akin to whipering, as opposed to the volume of the action sequences. I had to keep changing the volume to hear the dialogue, then promptly snooze...

Superman returns. Of course that might have been because I was watching it at a drive-in, laying on the roof of my car at almost midnight.
Nice avatar by the way

Edit: Sorry my grammar was horrible
I've never seen and of the Ocean's movies, so I'll have to take your word for it.

Thanks, just changed it today.

I've tried to watch Tropic Thunder several times, and fell asleep every time. Not because it's a bad movie or anything - just bad timing I think. One day I'll manage to watch the whole thing.

White men can't jump... Made me pass out... Wasted my saturday...

Also, went to theaters and fell asleep to Fellowship of the Ring... I regret that one though...

Another bore is Temple of Doom...

Sense and Seamonsters is out? A friend of mine told me it was still being written...

Eh. I was afraid of that. I wanted that movie to be good though. Kinda looking forward to it :/

Oh well.

OT, I've only fallen asleep in one movie and that was the most recent Fast and the Furious film.

Not good when you fall asleep in a movie built soley on explosions and car chases...

What movies have you seen that bored you to death? What makes a movie boring for you?
"The Assassination of Richard Nixon". I [em]wish[/em] I'd fallen asleep from that one.

The why varies tho. Sometimes movies can't touch me at all, and then they're just waste of time. Like "Copland" for some strange reason. "Syriana" was quite good IMHO.

But, If I really need to sleep? "Koyaanisqatsi". I'm a huge fan of Glass, but that film just sends me to Snoozeville before "Cloudscapes" starts. Every fucken time.

Ditto this but for the second in the series. I tried watching this film on two separate occasions yet fell asleep both times.

Princess Mononoke, fuck me it was boring. i watched it for my Media Studies course in school and by the end i had to down half a bottle of Coke so that the caffeine could keep me awake enough to walk home without dropping off.

and i was yawning most of the way through Avatar the time i watched it in 3D.

I think it's Sense and Sensibility and Sea Monsters I saw it in a book shop, oh about five months ago, The new one that is out is Murder at Mansfield Park. I know that S. and S. and S. wasn't written by the same guy that did P. and P. and Z. Murder at Mansfield Park is by a third person too.

I'm gonna have to choose Ladykillers. Holy shit that movie had boring parts. It's a great film but some of the dialogue stretches on and on and on...
