An Inconvenient Truth. Press a to talk for hours, press b to go to the next slide. Press x to use sisscor lift.
And you use y to commit suicide, cause no one is listening anymore.

Ok, movies that would make sucky games.
-The Hangover
-The Proposal
-Dance of the Dead, funny as hell movie, but a little too cliche.
-Valkyrie
-I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry
-My Best Friend's Girl

There are tons more, but I don't feel like typing.

The second half of End of Evangelion. The first half with the shootout and the Eva fight could work, but the second half would be "press A to turn humanity into tang."

Also, just about any pumped out Hollywood comedy, like the many Adam Sandler films over the years.

The sound of music.

Unless... It was the rockband: sound of music edition.

Also, the Planet Earth series.

Pretty much every movie tie-in game ever, i mean, let's look, shall we? Wolverine, Transformers, Jumper, Hulk, none of them i really liked, and they all scored terribly on Meta-Critic.
Who cares about meta critic scores, I make my own opinion

OT: Never back down, I could just see it being a shitty rip off of a UFC game

The diving bell and the butterfly.

To the person who suggested pride and prejudice (writing from my phone, not super-easy to check back go see who it was), but I could definitely see a Japanese dating sim made out of it (granted, it would be shit because it would be a Japanese dating sim, but it would still make a better game than many of the other suggestions.

Twilight.

Press A to sparkle!!!

....this might not end well.
Dammit, you totally stole that out of my brain. I was actually having a laugh last night about the idea of a Twilight video game, where you could play a teenager angsting over a person who has willfully chosen to take biology 108 times. Then I had the unfortunate idea pop into my head that it might actually be really cool because I've played Vampire: The Masquerade: Bloodlines, the only use of vampire and double colons that I approve of and it was SWEET. Since it is a very real possibility considering the power of this franchise, I reckon I'd buy it just on the off chance they went in that direction.
X_X Don't validate my worst fears. I was forced to watch that movie. Needless to say, Poke'mon became my best friend for another reason.

Too many to list. So instead just go down to your local video store, cover yourself with industrial strength adhesive, close your eyes, then run really fast in any direction towards the shelves. Once you hit it, try to open your eyes and grab the title that is currently attached to your face. That would be my selection. If it turns out to be good game idea, try again.

The Curious Case of Benjamin Button.
Spend the first 6 hours of the game as really old CG Brad Pitt, running around the nursing home and then get a job on a fishing boat, and then spend 1 hour as young CG Brad Pitt, go back to the nursing home again and die. Whee.

When Harry Met Sally

except for the part where Harry fights off the dragon-bandits in the alley behind the old monk's cafe.
