=P Yes i am a guy, i cried during hancock, when he was almost dying and the other girl was almost dying =( maybe i was just influenced cuz i saw this girl i went with crying =P
I don't cry during movies/shows, but there are two times I felt like it might be appropriate: The episode of Band of Brothers called Breaking Point. Pink Floyd's The Wall (you'd need to know a lot about the album/band going in).
Just hearing the opening chords of those Overtures in Digital Surround sound-I would have paid a million dollars to sit in a dark theater (with no picture) and listen that night.
id have to say Ladder 49, and click.. almost made me cry.. i dont really cry over anythign either... thsoe were touching... OH LOL
and when Ash tried givign away his pikachu on some pokemon episode.. almost..
I guess the closest I came was the first time I watched Lion King, other than that I guess I detach myself from movies too much most of the time. I probably shouldn't do that but there you go.
I've never actually "cried" because of a movie, but a few moments have had be holding back tears. One was the part in I Am Legend where Will Smith is in the movie store talking to the female manikin and begging her to say Hello to him. Almost broke down right there.
One other one that sticks out was from The Pursuit of Happiness when Will Smith and his son are in the bathroom together.
Hmmm...apparently Will Smith movies have the ability to bring me to the verge of tears...
I have to say I got pretty emotional in Blood Diamond when Danny Archer died. There aren't that many Rhodesians left in the world and even though he's a fictional character I was still very moved.
Edit: The Green Mile gets me every time as well. Don't actually cry per se but feel pretty damn depressed.
