To be fair, you're never told what period of time they're in and it can get hard to follow. It's not overly complicated other than that though.

OT: I really like Star Wars. In fact, I really like the Star Wars prequels the mostest out of all of them. And I think The Phantom Menace is good. In fact I'd go so far as to say it's -

A lot of movies I liked were not that well recieved by critics. I liked:
Cloverfield
Van Hellsing
Transformers(2007 one)
X-Men Origins: Wolverine
The Incredible Hulk
I Am Legend
I Robot

And probably the biggest instance of this; I liked the Prequel Trilogy. Not, they're not as good as the originals, but I still like them.
I really hated Cloverfield, and Van Helsing was kind of meh, but the rest of those movies were indeed a lot of fun to watch. Hell, I even liked the 2004 Hulk movie.

Also, I liked Roland Emmerich's "Godzilla". Yeah, it wasn't a movie for the ages, but it was still fun - I still don't understand why it got all that stick from the critics.

The League of Extroadinary Gentlemen and X-Men 3.

V for Vendetta too but that only counts as the critics weren't too fond of it.

Stranger than Fiction. I swear people just hate that movie for the sake of hating it. It wasn't bad! -Sigh-

I just thought of one that not many of my friends have seen: "American Werewolf in London." That had the the best transformation sequence I've ever seen!

I also liked "I Robot."

No, really.

All the friends of mine that've watched it said it made them intensely uncomfortable. I simply laughed at it. Hard. And because of that, I like it.

Oh, and in case you think I'm fucking with you, here's the IMDB entry: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0274518/
