After a while, listening to the same songs over and over again is quite boring. The problem is, finding new music can sometimes be difficult, considering the vast amount there is to choose from plus the knowledge needed to find what suits your taste. So if your looking for something new, post your current favorite musicians, and then somebody can quote you and make reccomendations based on what you listen to.

I've been getting into Pixies, Violent Femmes, They Might Be Giants, Weezer and Beck.
Any suggestions?

Dragonforce, early Green Day, Smash Mouth, early Barenaked Ladies, Dropkick Murphies.

Beyond that, i'd suggest playing games with lots of songs spliced in it, like GTA and almost every clone of it, as well as the Tony Hawk series of games and, of course, Guitar Hero and anything immitating that.

"Propane Nightmares" - Pendulum

"Someone Else's Arms" - Mae

"Daylight" - Remedy Drive

"My Hero" - Foo Fighters

I think the first two count as grunge, but I'm not sure. The third one is more of a "feel good" song. And, the fourth is just plain awesome.

I'm listening to Amon Amarth, Slipknot, Finntroll, Five Finger Death Punch and occasionally some Del Amitri or Misfits / Ramones / Sex Pistols / Exploited. Sometimes a bit of Dolly Parton or Eminem too.

Any ideas?

Try The Misfits, Rise Against, Blink 182 or Flogging Molly. That's what I'd say is pretty similar to Green Day & Dropkick Murphys.

Edit: Sorry for double post there.

Have you ever used Pandora radio? It's really cool and when you put in artists you like, it will suggest bands like the one you put in. For example, I have a Red Hot Chili Pepper channel and at this very second Incubus is playing Drive. Here's the site: http://pandora.com/

I've recently been converted to Rammstein, but aside from that, I'm all about film scoring. Check out John Murphy, Tangerine Dream, and Ramin Djawadi if you haven't already.

Try out Die Apokalyptischen Reiter. They and Rammstein are (sort of) similar.

If you like Daft Punk you could try Justice or Digitalism, maybe check out LCD Soundsystem. I've heard good things about Mastodon as new Metal, though I don't listen to them so I wouldn't know.
Jimi Hendriz, it's pretty broad but you might like the Doors maybe even Lenny Kravitz.

You could try the musician of Guillermo del Toro's films, Javier Navarrete. Has a very mystical feel about his work.

Out of those I am familiar with Amon Amarth, Slipknot, and Five Finger Death Punch. Based on that I would say if you havent already check out August Burns Red and Strapping Young Lad.

The smashing pumpkins, I started listening to them a few moths ago and can't believe I ever lived without them.
I also adore the singer Sia Furler, she's hard to describe (for me anyway), beautiful voice.
