On topic: Interesting read, and I can't disagree with the principles implied with this research. It wouldn't be very applicable on me though, since I listen to a lot of various genres in music. Even hiphop comes in mind, though I'm pretty sure that most of you don't know most of the artists I listen to (e.g. I absolutely positively despise little Wayne and anything that resembles his despicable music). Or would this make me (statistically) a person of average intelligence? Unfortunately I can't compare with these test results since I don't follow the same schooling systems.
I'm surprised they categorized Tool with the likes of Disturbed and System of a Down. It's a shame, really. And you can't take this sort of thing seriously, as it's just another one of those "There are individuals that will stand out", and that sort of thing.
