I'm a metalhead, yet I love this song and I have no idea why.
It's fucking confusing.

The majority of my music collection is non-English. I also can't believe this far into the thread and no one has mentioned Rammstein. So I will. Rammstein is awesome.
I saw them in concert. Amazing... There lyrics rarely make sense tho in an English sense
I am jealous. I'd love to see them in concert sometime. Quite the spectacle.
Three words... Exploding, hanging fetuses. Oh yea Meta,, flamethrower, angel wings.

Yeah, I'm always on the look out for all things concerning Ilaria Graziano, because she has a very clear and pure voice. Anything that she and Yoko Kanno touched for GitS:SAC was more eargasm material... -_-

However, as much as I like Velveteen, I Can't Be Cool, From the Rooftop: Somewhere in the Silence, this one is my fav, because it's all about her voice (I Do):

I listen to a lot of German industrial (Oomph), folk metal (Korpiklaani, In Extremo), Norwegian (Dimmu or hell, Therion has a number of songs in Norwegian) and not to mention my favorite Portuguese band Moonspell. I may not understand them but I like the songs and looking up translations for said songs.
Most of the Moonspell I've got is in English. Same with my Dimmu...

But anyway

Yeah majority of stuff is in English but Dimmu's Stormblast is all in Norwegian and Moonspell's been known to do some songs in Portuguese.

As with most here, I enjoy Rammstein, Maximum the Hormone, anime openings and endings, and of course, Gangnam Style.

And now, for something completely different.

How unseemly! =P

But yeah, it's a very poignant song. And the lyrics have a great deal of meaning as well. Here I listen to rock music mostly, yet that song has the highest playcount on my iPod.

I have found that a lot of my favorite songs singers, and bands I have found through anime. Very rarely do the lyrics translate well but the point of the song is rarely missed despite the lack of understanding. Sometimes understanding hinders my ability to appreciate a song

This, I really don't know what else to say, I have not bothered to even learn what the language is, nor have it translated. However, I discovered this video some years ago from somewhere I don't remember, but I still listen to it every now and then.

Pretty much half my music library is in Japanese or Japanese/Engrish and I understand very little Japanese.

Rammstein is a favourite of mine. I understand odd bits of German, but not enough to follow the lyrics.

Mostly Rammstein, and the occasional super-obscure Norse Death Metal band my friend tells me about.

I grew up listening to Peter Gabriel's RealWorld collection, though. So I've listened to stuff from Burundi, Georgia, Pakistan, Senegal, Egypt, Corsica, Afghanistan, etc.

Add to that lots of stuff from Jan Garbarek. Gregorian chants plus alto saxophone? Yes, please.
