So, simple question, what game are you addicted to at the moment? If none, what was your latest addiction?

(And if you feel like elaborating, how do you know you're addicted?)

For me, it's Fallout 3. Bought the GOTY addition two days ago and all I do is play it. I think I've played around 7 hours so far today, and I'm even playing right now.

I get sucked in to Team Fortress 2 real easily, though thankfully the times I do play are few and far between. Just and hour soon translates into three when I play that game.

Wouldn't call it an addiction, I can stop anytime I want... it's just I usually don't want to (until I have to).

Its Fallout 3 for me too. I bought the game of the year edition 10 days ago, and i already have 25-30 hours on it. (Bear in mind this is exam season)
I already had it for the 360, but i wanted to use some of the mods on pc. In the time Shamus young has pumped out 9 episodes of spoiler warning (I started watching when he was episode 5, now at 14) i have played nearly 100 hours combined on 360 and PC

Just Cause 2. Seriously, that game is great!
Riding on top of a car, tethering the army's vehicles to the road, causing them to flip out of control. Best thing I've done all week.

I am currently playing Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker. At first I didn't think I would like the idea of managing multiple aspects of the base ( Mess Hall, Medical, Intel, etc. ) teams, but I have found it to be entertaining.

Then there's also recruiting folks by strapping a balloon to their back side and watching the poor sap float into an awaiting helicopter.

Currently revisiting Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind. I'm at level 45 and just finished the main quest, so next I'll probably do the Bloodmoon or Tribunal expansions.

You want to ragequit, but you can't. You have to have a better KDR, you have to get X amount of kills before you die, you have to try out and get X amount of kills with each weapon.

EDIT: Oh, and Nazi Zombies.

You have to get all the achievements. You have to make it past round 5... 10... 20... 30...

Love me some Morrowind... But I had my fix recently..

On Steam, I have 300 hours solid logged into Dragon Age: Origins... 144 hours of Mass Effect & 201 hours of Mass Effect 2... I had to consciously make myself stop playing Bioware games for a while... Can't wait for the sequels so I have an excuse to revisit them.

Right now I'm pretty much only playing Fallout 1 & 2... I finished 1.. and I'm 27 hours into #2.. They're alright, I had never played them back in the day... but I want the back story because I intend to jump into Fallout 3 GOTY and then New Vegas.

i recently started a new game of super mario 64; and i have to say, i can't get enough. i know i am addicted as i had a law exam 2 days ago and i stayed up until 6 hours before it started playing that game. i did no revision for it because of mario.
