My backlog was insane for a while but I sold my PS3 and a ton of my 360 and DS games to save up for a flat.
I must have sold at least 50 odd games but what is left is still intimidating to me:
Mass Effect 1,2,3 (Insanity run for the trilogy)
Far Cry 3
Dishonored
XCOM: EU
Skyrim
Civ Rev
Red Dead Redemption
GTA IV
Batman AC & AA
Amalur
Dragon Age 2
Chrono Trigger
Pokemon White
Bastion
Stacking
Costume Quest
Mortal Kombat
Zelda: Link to the Past (never played it)
Castlevania Lords of Shadow
Darksiders 1 & 2
Enslaved
Hitman Absolution
GRFS
Minecraft
Doom 3.... the list goes on.
I dunno who reads these things, but it sorta feels good writing the backlog down.

Yesterday
Just the games I have, it's not including the games I have yet to get.
All of them I own, I've previously started some but abandoned them so I'll be starting them all over when the time comes but these are pretty few - To The Moon, Thief, Fallout, Gothic and just few others.
Actually I now saw I must take FTL: Faster Than Light off that list. One down, 124 to go.
so since you have so many games in your backlog would you be buying all the new games coming out this year or resist buying them so you can complete your backlog first.
What I do nowadays is just add them to a wishlist (because I buy mostly digital) and maybe buy them if they are at a hugely reduced cost, otherwise I buy them if I want to play them now. I've got quite a few games queued up in my wishilsts, too.
