I don't know if suing is the right sort of option. Frankly, that sort of doctor needs locking up. I'm sure it could have waited a couple of hours for the guy to wake up, get a second opinion and give consent.

I'm not even a dude and, as far as I am concerned, what happened to him is possibly criminally negligent.

To be honest, at this point I imagine he'd be, at best, meh. Because even though the cancer is gone, the penis is also gone, which rather takes the shine off the whole lack of cancer. Especially as it was apparently treatable, and the doctor didn't have permission to lop his genitals off.
