Oooh I'd love to join kendo sometimes when I'm working the registers all I can think about is laying into people with sticks sadly there isn't anywhere locally they do it I imagine that with all the equipment you'd be looking at a significant cash dump to get started though wouldn't you?Android2137 said:Roleplaying games? Not entirely sure what naginata is oh wait isn't she that scantily clad lass of the anime slayers?
And as far as world domination goes I'm more the type to dream of humanity annihilation schemes sadly I have yet to come up with one which reaches my minimal 95% fatality target.
Why 95% you ask quite simple so I can sit back and gloat from my underground bunker/flying headquarters as I watch the other 5% slowly wither away and die at the hands of nature. After all what's the point of defeating someone if the don't know you've one
Well, based on what you like to do I'd say freerunning would probably be pretty good for you. You may not think there is much in your area to run around, but many of my friends who do the sport make use of trees, children's play-parks, local gymnastic facilities, and even just two walls that are quite far apart. If you live in an area with flat-roofed buildings, you might enjoy climbing them - funnily enough I found the climbing a lot more enjoyable than anything else I did with said freerunners.MonkeyGH said:Ok, here goes.
I have done boxing, jiu-jitsu, kenpo karate, swimming, gymnastics, and basketball, all for a period of at least a year, a little bit shorter for some of the listed sports. I think. I also enjoy longboarding, but that's not a sport.
I play drums and I'm learning to play guitar. I enjoy endurance running when the weather is nicer (my best time is one hour and six minutes), and right now me and some buddies are going to start looking for geocaches around our area.
I've always wanted to try rugby, I guess. Mostly just because everybody I know who has played that sport is tough-as-nails. Nothing else comes to mind at the moment. I do collect knives as sort of a hobby, but I'm not the richest guy around, so that's only once in a while.
Also, parkour/freerunning has interested me, but where I live there's not many obstacles to run around.
Hope that helps.Edit: Whoops. My bad.
