I tried to get people to draw the full cast of Mass Effect in another thread. I got a nice MaleShep Pony and FemShep Pony, but then people seemed to lose interest.HankMan said:

Ok, to be serious for a moment, I could SOOOO see a MLP:FiM/Powerpuff Girls crossover happening.
They were both created by Lauren Faust.
As for a personal want, it has to be a Mortal Kombat/MLP:FiM crossover. Not to spoil too much, but there's a challenge tower in the newest game where Scorpion has to defend his right to hate teddies!

Look on the groups news, you'll find my AVP crossover. Despite the grammar errors, I'm proud of the way it turned out.
What about a Pony Kombat (FIM mixed with MK)? Shao Kan takes everypony and puts them in a fighting tournament and instead of fatalities there are friendships. And when the person with the most friendships reaches the top of the tournament they fight Shao Kan and make friends with him. Then Pinkie Pie throws a party and everyone eats cupcakes.

A Transformers crossover can work since Hasbro own them as well just as long Michael Bay is not involve in it.

As for Shep, since everyone creates their own, he'd have to be one of those online "build your own Pony" ponies.

I've now got that Mass Effect 2 crossover in my head now...and it'd be so much better. Sure, it may loose a tiny bit of the seriousness that made the game awesome...but it'd definitely be a laugh.
I think a Final Fantasy game taking place in Equestria could actually work. Hell, the storyline would certainly be more plausible than some of the ones Square Enix have come up with over the years. Plus, the mane cast would actually be bareable, imagining Pinkie Pie in the place of a character like Vanielle (FFXIII) for instance... would actually make me want to play the game again.

I can definitely see Dr. Whooves as Okabe Rintaro/Kyoma Hooin, the mad scientist and also, it is probably just me but their hair/mane styles seem somewhat similar. Not to mention themes of time traveling and alternate worlds fit best between the two. I could really see Twilight as Kurisu Makise too.
