I would only play it if it was like DC Universe and I got to make a fancharacter who gets to do absolutely jack shit. So it'd be like the opposite of a Mary Sue self insert fanfiction, but with more disappointment.
Alternativly, if Dr. Whoof got some Timelord-y side quests, that'd be funny as hell.

But when I do, MLP:FiM the MMO is the exception.
Seriously I'd give it a try with some friends for laughs, then likely move on. Unless the mmo is like the show in that MLP ends up being an awesome mmo that looks all kiddish but is actually suitable (and fun) for all.
How else can you spread the friendship and magic than with a free MMO.TimeLord said:If it was free to play and very self aware. Then yes!
Hm, I would play all of those myself. They all actually sound like great ideas to me.TheIronRuler said:No, I'll not play it.
Would you like a batman MMO where you play as one of the many villains in the series and... NO.
Would you like a Fullmetal Alchemist MMO where you play as a state alchemist in pursuit of...NO.
Would you like a Soccer MMO where you play as a soccer player and work your way through...NO.
Stop talking about this nonesense.
Holy crap that is amazing. I was half joking before but MLP does have a visual style that would translate well into an mmo if its with the kind of visuals shown in the vid.Areani said:Oh, yes! Especially if it used this guys engine:
