I wanted to tell a story, but it seems that i would be plagerizing the OP. Even more coincidentially is it, that R&C was also the game, I started play after my Xbox frustration.

Wow. Small world.

The game expired with me. It just got less and less fun. Gave it to a friend, hope he likes it more than I did.

I like older games as is pretty obvious to anyone reading this who has noticed one of my posts before (I'm still new here) but I like the older games alot more than modern games.

Every now and then there will be one new game that grabs my attention, even more rare for one to grab my money from my wallet, but I agree with this post completely

it happened to me with red dead redemption, the game became more of a chore than fun
I thought I was the only one!
It was weird, I love it to death but after 10 minutes in Mexico it suddenly hit me that this game is quite a grind

Everyone hated Mexico. It was just a big unnecessary chore, and the only good bit was dropping a fire bottle on Captain De Santa.

i got mw2 for my birthday. i yelled at my cousin who gave it to me because it was a bullshit presentI have played it online a few tgimes but ostly i just play fallout 3.
You yelled at your cousin for getting you a sixty dollar gift? It doesnt even matter if it is a joke or not, that is just fucked up.

OT: It happened for me with both battlefield games. The first one had a terrible multiplayer with insane lag problems.

I played the second one for a bit when I first got it and was greatly disappointed with the clunky character controls. I was hoping it would be a game that would replace MW2 for me, what with all the boosters and commando, but I was a little let down.

I recently started playing it again with a few friends and have been pretty happy with it. If you can just get used to the absolute shit movement, its a pretty tight game. I just don't take it to seriously and started to tank whore.

And the reason I still play MW2 is mainly for SnD. No game type will ever match that.

There are still games that are fun but usually the indie games are the best nowadays in my opinion. I personally love Ratchet and clank and the new one A Crack In Time was fun and great to play.

Its because video games are entering where they're very popular and developers don't try as hard as they use too when they were pioneering a new genre of entertainment I think.
