Fallout 3: The ending was rather disappointing - then again, the first time I played it without the DLC, it was a good hundred hours before I got to the end, so that's a minor complaint.

Silent Hill 2: The very poor combat system could be ignored in the lower difficulties, but if you tried to play on Hard, and therefore were forced to use your melee weapons, it was a very obvious flaw which hampered my enjoyment of the game. That's why I never played on Hard ever again :)

My main problem with Spyro the Dragon (other than Insomniac dropping the series) is probably the Speedways. Sure, they give the game some replayability, but they're just so much less fun than the rest of the game.

Metal Gear Solid 4.

Kojima, what the fuck? Cutscenes don't need to be that long. All it is is Snake repeating everything everyone says.

Oh there's a Metal Gear being made? No way! I thought they were making a big Ben & Jerry's down the road. Oh wait, its called Metal Gear Solid 4! Of course there's another Metal Gear!!
hey. hey.
It might have been another shagohod.

Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater. A masterpiece of a game; the only thing that was missing was a 360 swivel camera for the player. Now MGS3: Subsistence however, is a completely different story. (That probably is a perfect game...)
I wouldn't exactly one-up you by saying Substinance kept the romantic subplot, super-powered boss battles, and long-winded cenimatics with Anime-style scripts. So here's a flaw for you: It didn't have a mini-game for using each individual medical supliment.
He meant "a different story" as "horse of a different color"
And yes, I know, Bosshorse is white no matter what. hush now. :D

I will get bashed for this, but that is ok. Modern Warfare 2 is probably my favorite game as of now. The only problem I find with it is that you cannot play on live with more than one person per Xbox.

Team fortress 2 is wonderful in nearly every way, but constant updating and lack of optimising has borked my frame rate so bad It now hurts my eyes with it's ugliness to get it at a playable level. Admittedly my computer is crap, but it's a pretty common issue, it has very limited multicore support.

Bioshock 2: There was no real character to the Big Sisters. They were just Little Sisters that grew up and got some armor.

Elder Scrolls Morrowind: It's an awesome game, but I hate how its possible to kill npcs that are essential to the main quest.

Warcraft 3.
Can't decide if my biggest complaint was that the story for the Orcs in the expansion pack was a Diablo style campaign.

Or the fact that i have exactly 1 friend who likes to play matches with me. A lot of my friends have it, but they only played for DoTA. For all i care, DoTA can go toss itself. League of Legends is fun though.

Fallout 3 / Mass Effect 2 / Dragon Age - It's a great big world/ galaxy out there with hundreds of characters to meet and/or kill, and yet despite this, they all share the same dozen or so canned gestures to express everything. And in the case of Fallout 3, they are also cursed with heads that are perma-fixated to the player when you spoken to. Must be the radiation.
