Hmmm, well my general opinion is that while cool, if it was anything special we're not likely to figure it out, nor are any of the goverments in a hurry to enlighten the general public.
I myself can't see how a missle could have caused that kind of a persistant effect, or even why the Russians would be test firing a missle right there to begin with unless that's normal in Norway. I mean the military typically does that stuff in specific areas, we apparently do a lot of our naval weapons testing/gunnery practice aroung Puerto Rico for example.
Not sure where the Russians do theirs, but I'm guessing that isn't the usual place.
