I love where I live. I can literally run down the road naked (with shoes, the road hasn't been paved in ten years) and no one would be the wiser.
That just what they want you to think... o_O

Logic and common sense from America?!

Surely this is a sign of a coming apocalypse.

total faith in humanity: 1
total faith in humanity gained from being found not guilty: 1

but I do hope he counter sues for the people cutting through HIS property, looking through HIS windows, and for the women pretty much lying in court by saying he was outside and was flashing her.

EDIT:

Glad to see that there's logic going on there. Mother and child didn't belong in the yard and they had no right to sue. Here's an idea, look away moron. If you're staring at some guys junk through a window maybe you're the pervert and deserve jail time for wasting peoples time and falsely accusing some guy who was just doing what he does at home.

I honestly think people over react too much about nakedness. Its just skin people. Its only as bad as you make it out to be.

If a man see a naked woman in own house shades open and all he's a peeking tom. But if a woman see a man in the same situation he's a perv tring to show his junk.

he should have counter-sued for trespassing

dumb asses, if you are on someones property, and you dont like that they're naked on their own property, if you are stupid enough to call the cops, the cops should be smart enough to arrest you(the trespasser)

Good for the guy. He's come out on top, AND he didn't stoop to the woman's level with a countersuit. Common sense apparently won this battle! :D

Well, it's nice to see that I can still have SOME faith in humanity...

If I had been involved, I would've asked why the hell the neighbors were peeping in the first place! Stupid nosy assholes...

Reading about this makes me want to get naked in my house, just to see if I can piss off someone.

Wouldn't it be considered invasion fo privacy if somebody saw him naked in his own home and complained?
I'd think so. I'm glad he was found not guilty. If he wanted to sit around and feel completely free and easy then he should have that right. Unless he was like posing in front of his window...that might be a little...well bad.

I would just like to know HOW exactly it got to court. Did the prosecutor go up to the judge and say "I was just watching this guy getting ready to take a shower when he took off all his clothes!!!!"
Unless the guy lives in a glass box, how did the neighbor see, and why did he/she care?
Score 10 for stupidity
