travel bag that is always packed (2 changes of clothes, hoodie, towel, toiletries)
Nalgene bottle
The Myth of Sisyphus (Albert Camus's book)
roll of duct tape

If you want to include the attic that's attached to my room, sacrifice the Nalgene and book and replace it with .270 hunting rifle and beer brewing kit.

Matches, jacket, backpack (there happens to be one under my husband's desk), steel water bottle.

LOL!!!
The only thing I don't have in my room is a firearm! I've been working on that.
WWII Army Helmet
Leather Trench Coat
Aluminum Baseball Bat
PMG Soviet Gas Mask (Without filter, solely for face protection)

I have 20 weapons in my room. All within 5 feet of my bed.

The gallon of mercury in the corner is too heavy for me to carry anything else.

What the hell you stole my avatar lol! Oh well at least you can appreciate a classic game.

OT: Phone, Swiss army knife, Bokken, Guitar.
Phone: to try and contact people before the phone transmitters go down.
Swiss army knife: You never know when it could come in handy.
Bokken: Best weapon i've got in here against zombies.
Guitar: To play when I find somewhere safe to try and keep myself sane.
Hmmm.
Well I've been here longer so.....DIE.
sadface :(
Oh crap, Look man (if you are truly a guy) I'm sorry perhaps we could make something out of it like, fool people. but i hardly post anything . or or or we could join forces and destroy the earth or at least Hollywood.
Rofl. Yeah i was this close to killing myself just then. I thought as we shared the same avatar we must have some kind of spiritual connection. Same tbh, yeah if u wanna destroy hollywood on tuesday? I dont have anything planned. I would say the world but id need an extra week or two to say my goodbyes.

My trenchcoat--warm, comfortable, and makes you look like a badass!
My sketchbook--got to have something to do in my spare time.
My camera--to document Earth's final days.
My baseball bat--never played baseball in my life, but I'll be damned if it isn't good for hitting things with. Bandits/zombies/mutants/etc. better watch their skulls.

I would not bring a phone, my iPod, or a laptop, because these are all things that require a functional power grid to last more than a month or so, and we can't count on that, can we? I will miss the opportunity to go contemplatively wandering about in some wasteland while "Regulator" by Clutch is playing in the background though.

Let's see...
My set of Katanas, my freakishly-oversized hiking backpack, a 2010 road atlas, and I can't think of anything else so I'm just going to say my copy of 2010: Odyssey Two.

Since I'm on campus, I guess I'd bring my pocket knife, my glasses, my key chain, and my backpack, which is actually a bicyclist or hiker's day pack, and designed to carry relatively heavy loads. I guess the keychain needs some explanation too. The main thing is that it has an old P38 style can opener attached to it, and it at one point had nail clippers and a laser pointer attached as well. If it wasn't cheating, I'd probably reattach both of those, but if not, the can opener will come in handy on its own.

If I were in my bedroom at home, the list would be more like pocket knife, machete, backpack, and the two man tent that I have in my closet for some reason. I may even have a full on hiking backpack in there, although I think it finally fell apart at some point and got thrown out.
