I'm going to go with Boston Legal. Knowing that the show was definitely ending, you couldn't ask for something that tied it all up better. Sure I wish it had have kept going, but as it was the ending just worked.

I'm disagreeing with everyone saying Battlestar Galactica. I loved the series as a whole, but this just wasn't the ending I was looking for, it left me feeling a little empty on the whole.

Angel ended pretty awesomely, as well.
