Name One True Sequel That Was Acually Better Than The Original

Lufia 2 was far better than 1, as well as one of my favorite rpgs. It was technically a prequel, but it was part of the same story.

Ratchet and Clank 3 was far better than the first two and was quite possibly the peak of the series for the PS2.

And need I say anything about the Metroid Prime series? MP3 was fantastic.

Terminator 2 was much better than Terminator 1. But of course, T1 was way ahead of its time and if it had been done with the technology of today it would have been much better, but T2 had the cool liquid metal Terminator and had Arnold playing the good guy. I just enjoyed it much more than the first.

Golden sun 2 > golden sun. There, I said it.

Also, all advanced wars surpased their precesor.

Some gundam series were good.

Transformers armada was also better than the orginal series in my honest opinion.

X-2 actually was better in some ways though. it did something unique with the game structure and it had the job system. way more fun than X was, imo. except how they tried to force you to watch the incredibly horrible cutscenes.
