Something along the lines of the Defiant class line of ship from star trek. It would be small and agile yet powerful and well armed. It would be called designateed NCC-0783 and would be called the Eminence.

It would have a massive foward railgun, but the ships main purpose would be to transport an elite army (no not halo elites) across the stars including planetery transport craft, snub fighters and transports. This craft would be called......The Iron Maiden

My first Super Star Destroyer was called the Ragnorak, for the Norse End of Days...

My First ship thingy I made up when I was littler was called Ratatosk, which was the name of this squirrel that ran up and down the world tree passing insults between a massive eagle that was perched at the top (whose name I have forgotten) and a dragon that gnawed the roots at the bottom-most level (called Nidhogg)

Yeah I just like squirrels.
In fact, I have diecided to christen my new super awesome undefeatable battleship the HMS Conker (but none of that Live and Reloaded nonsense)

My ship would basicly be a flying party bus. It would be like the main guys ship from Space Balls, a flying winnebago except it would be painted orange, and it would have one of those big yellow rain hats fishermen wear on the roof. Its only weapon is a hatch were we stash all the empties in and release them upon our probobly laughing about-to-be captors

It will be known and loved as the S.S. Minnow Johnson

It is named the NRN Mjollnir (no idea what NRN was supposed to stand for), I would like to point out that this has absolutely nothing to to with that douchebag the master cheif, it's named after thor's magic hammer.
