Ok, so I finally got my tax return in the mail today, meaning that I now have something from the government that says where I live, so I can finally update my state ID. Thing is, I have no idea what to do. I mean, I'm inclined to say that all I need to do is fill out a form that will confirmed that I moved, but since I'm now 21 I need an ID that doesn't have the "Under 21' stamped on it. So do I have to apply for a whole new ID now because of it? And what kind of proof I'm me do I have to bring to the DMV, and how many?
This is hard enough for me to figure out since the DMV website hasn't been really forthcoming with the answers I'm looking for.
Not sure how much it matters, but I live in Brooklyn.
