Some Pokemon and Yugioh cards, I'm pretty sure plenty of the former still lie around in the crevices of my house.

Also, a few vintage comic books (an older Iron Man, a super-villain crossover between Dr. Doom and Red Skull(?), an X-Men issue introducing(?) The Master), several miscellaneous issues of Shonen Jump from before Naruto got really popular (around 2004-05, at the very least I don't remember Naruto getting huge until later), a model 1 Sega Genesis, and boxsets of Eva and Haruhi.

A couple of Warhammer/40k armies, a bookshelf full of fantasy/sci-fi books from such nerdy greats as Neil Gaiman, Kevin J. Anderson and Iain M. Banks, an increasing pile of graphic novels, bits of an out-of-warranty RROD'd xbox 360 waiting for me to finish fixing it...

and a lot of notes and textbooks to do with the physics degree I'm working on

EDIT: Also Firefly/ Serenity and the remake of BSG on dvd, a large Iron Man poster, and... I'm going to stop looking around my room now, and start trying to find where I put my normal life...

I'd say it's the Fallout 3 lunchbox that I use on a regular basis.
I have that too! I am also going to get the Game of the Year Edition with the money I made shoveling snow and building fences because I use mods and have no other way to get Zeta.
I'd be careful with the GOTY edition, a buddy and I got copies and we've noticed that the game lags a lot, sometimes even freezes...though that's for PS3, not sure if it happens to 360.
I would be getting it for the PC.

A map of Cyrodiil hanging on my bedroom wall.

Also, a SciFi lit collection that is slowly gaining momentum.

Yesterday, Jurassic Park.
Today, The Forever War.
Tomorrow? The Book of the New Sun.

Edit: Pokemon ROMS for when I get bored.

Hmm... this would have to be a contest between the various maps of RPG game worlds that I own... Cyrodiil, that one from The Witcher... and that other one from Gothic 3... or that God of War II poster that came with the strategy guide...

A Charizard card from the original Pokemon set. Funny story about that, I got it out of a pack, on my birthday. One of the few cases of awesome luck that I've had.

About 12 warhammer codexes (fantasy and 40k) and the current edition rulebooks for 40k and fantasy.
