Looks pretty good, as scary as ever playing as a marine and if I remember correctly, you don't get to choose what you play as this time? Aren't the doing the COD thing where you just have one campaign and switch between the three?

Aside from that, i loved the original avp on PC, truly great level design made playing the alien race a blast, and they managed to capture the atmosphere of each of the 3 races perfectly i thought, and this looks like they have done the same, if you actualy have to look at your gun to know how many bullets you have left, that would be awesome, really add to the hectic strategy of being a man in a monster's world, and seeing that alien pin the guy down, jaws ready to come out, made we want to watch ALIENS all over again, in fact, i think ill go do that now.

I know this is a bit of a weird question, but what engine are they using? It doesn't quite look like an Unreal 3 knockoff?(which is good) And also... what happened to the multi-ethnic-multi-gendered force of the movie? Or did they adopt a: only males are expendable in the eyes of the corps policy since Ripley was obviously so much more effective at wiping out a nestfull of aliens. In fact, yeah, why CAN'T there being a female protagonist with, you know, a back story, purpose, and character development, instead of a generic batch of OORAH alien chow? I blame laziness, despite feeling like I'm somewhat calling the kettle black.

I really enjoyed the first 2. Especially the interweaving story lines. I'll most likely wait until I see the reviews, but I'm hoping to add this one to my library.
Well ive been looking at this game for a while seeing as im a big fan of aliens and predetor movies, and it looks very impressive and the campiagns look impressive and the different modes for the game like juggernuat except its predetor, kill the predetor become the predetor which would be fun while you have an all out battle of aliens and marines. I think its going to be great and i cant wait to buy it.
From what I've read the trophy heads are a far cry from taking a head off "cleanly" apparently it's more then a bit messy with part of the spinal cord coming with it, and a gasping bodiless head.YurdleTheTurtle said:

Seriously, I hate this trend to just make another entry in a franchise and give it the same name as the first. "Final Destination," "Fast and Furious," "Rocky/Rambo." When will it end? We know they're sequels, guys! We're not afraid of numbers!
