EDIT: Muse is the most mainstream band I listen to. Besides, just because they're what you'd call mainstream doesn't mean they're not good.
The US is the same. If it the radio didn't exist (and Disney, to an extent) I would be able to make it five minutes without hearing some terrible rap song or corporate hell-pop. I'd actually be able to live for once.

Actually, so far I've listened to Robot Hive/Exodus and Beale Street, because I haven't just gotten the others yet. When I've listened to them, and formed my opinion, then I can tell you. And no, as the thread states, it's my 'New' Favorite Band, so I haven't gotten to any of their concerts.
