Also note the "Reply" button doesn't really do much. Use the Quote button and the quoted person will get a nice little message saying they've been quoted. They really need to remove the reply button. It's just confusing.

Well I had Celebration cake left over since nobody read my 3 year celebration thread. It doesn't keep very well, and I'd just make myself sick if I ate it myself.

The thing is, there's not much discussion value in a thread like this. There's also the fact that it's done a lot. I'd much prefer just to meet you in another thread. Then, my first impression of you will be an opinion of yours instead of just "Hello, I'm new".
