He could definitely work as a secondary villain, seeing as he was in Batman Begins (the bald dude with the goatee in the asylum).Ldude893 said:

Sure it's not the Riddler and I'm glad about that. Y'know why? Because everyone was expecting it. Here's a chance for one of the many bat-crap insane villains from the books to make the jump to the screen. Personally I'm hoping for Hush.
