Probably Switserland or something like that. Not England or the U.S. though, definatly.
England=/=UK.

I'd say Sweden or the Netherlands. Barely ever spoken to anyone from those two places that I could call even remotely asshole-y.
Clarify why you pointed out the first part. Is England not a country? (asking sincerely, I am trying to use the names properly, but so far still dont)

America, fuck yeah, Coming to save the mother fucking day, US Military fuck yeah, McDonalds fuck yeah, obesesity fuck yeah, porno fuck yeah, fake tits fuck yeah, slavery fuck yeah
Uh, I said it was NOT, and slavery is not a US thing but a world issue, other places can have fat people, and the internet is not the US (porn response) and though it started here, McDonalds is around the world. Other countries even got formal to go to them at first.
The military however is us, because you said US.

I do believe the answer to this question is "Where ever Evil Jak is! Yaaay!", unless someone (or more likely many people) has already said this. :D

England is a country, but is your comment on England not being very friendly based on your experience IN England, or just from people from the UK, who you think are automatically English?

Defiantly not Russia, the US or the UK.
Neither China or North Korea.
I'm going to say Norway or one of the Scandinavian countries. They're always so peaceful and out of the way, yet always eager to be the middle man in diplomatic talks.

Well, I guess I cannot argue that I am assuming somewhat, but I still stand by my comment, since I have met more than a few jerky self-declared English people. I am more aware of England bashing the U.S. more vocally, but I could be wrong.

I would say the United Arab Emirates despite all the flag burning as there really peaceful and dubai kicks arse with the worlds best hotel and tallest building.

My second choice would be the scandanavian countries as they make lots of good things arent warmongers and have great weather.

Third would be holland, belgium and luxembourg (I'm grouping them because what I sy applies to all three) They have great cities, awesome healthcare, great transport, non crashing economies and lots of tourist spots.

Canadians have probably the nicest looking country. The nicest country in terms of personality of the people are either Ireland or Portugal. And Im British just so you dont think Im being biased.
Yeah I'm going to agree with Torque: Canada is first to me, but don't know much of portugal and I'm sure those funny people in the IRA are very nice

I think I read something once about Armenians or Georgians or somewhere around that region being mighty friendly.

Take a holiday in Ireland guys, we are famed for our hospitality!

[small]P.S. it's totally NOT because we mercilessly exploit Americans with our tourist trade... I swear...[/small]
You shouldn't talk like that. Some Americans might read this. Ruining your whole economy.

.
It's ok, our economy is already ruined so it won't make any difference!

Japan isn't very friendly. They're pretty xenophobic. And I have to agree with the French comment. Compared to France, even Japan seems like Astroworld.

But for friendly countries, I say Canada. My dad said Denmark was very friendly too.
Coming from someone who's been to Denmark way too many times, and met way too many of the people from there. They're all annoying douchebags, at least the ones under 18, when grown up, they're like anyone.
Being from Denmark, I can only say: You are completely right. Danes are generally douchebags (except for me of course :p ).
