Aha. And the Motion plus is addition. Yes you do have to pay for it but not all games need it...yet.

And no, all Wii games have lag as the remote inherently does due to the tech. Why else was Motion Plus created?

Incorrect. Not all the Wii titles lag. Just the quick cash-in mini-games and anything by Data Design.

Because companies like Data Design suck at making the motion controls work while other companies know how to work with them.

There is a black Wii coming out, and my God it is sexy.

....and it's about 3 years overdue.

Well, when every store from here to Mars is sold out of the damn thing, it's a little expected. I don't think Nintendo saw the Wii as becoming THIS popular, so the actual manufacture of alternate colors was put on hold to fill the ridiculous demand.

pardon my lack of commas and shotty sentence structure, but use some common fucking sense.

Why stop production of even 20% of a hot item just to color it? It's not as easy as saying "oh, here are some white Wiis, let's paint them black." You would actually need to color the plastic before it's molded, and then change out the resin (at least, I think that's what it's called) on the production lines to make each chassis black instead of white. Not to mention that it takes time to actually find a supplier for the resin, actually make the black resin, and then time to disperse it to the factories. If you need to test the new system to see if the chassis is still as strong as the white chassis, doesn't fade, and actually has even coloration, that's extra time, which can delay the mass production of the colored chassis.

Is that enough common sense for you?

the wii's utters are still hanging out there being milked? i didnt notice between all the cool new games coming out for real systems like MW2 and AC2.

Yes there was no way a nipple jerking motion being done for the entire development and release of MW2.

I got heckled more about MW2 than I have from Jehova's witnesses.

Fans in denial: When you know every franchise is being milked hard enough to chafe and yet nobody but the opposing side will point it out.

It is why we can't have polite console discussions anymore, you know. Nobody can ever man up and admit his faults.

I'm a fan of anything that makes me happy. But to mention MW2 when talking about yanking the cock till the balls turn blue through marketing is just hypocritical to me.

I can't think of a game that I have heard more of LONG before it was released than MW2 . There is no way the game could have sold poorly with the massive amount of hardcore advertising that was going on for it.

But that's a chat for another thread. Long story short it'll be nice to see more people buying the Wii just like it is nice to see more people buying any console.

I just like when people get involved with videogaming. Good stuff.
