In all honestly and this is not a troll post, have you tried physically removing it and putting a piece of plastic that is the same color of your keyboard over it? Cause you'll be lucky to find one without a windows key.

I believe there's a guide on the internet somewhere on how to disable it if it bothers you that badly.

Non-windows?
Didn't know there were Windows specific keyboards...
Uh... don't really know where to help you, unless you have an Apple computer, in which case you might be able to get an Apple keyboard.

Or I dunno, go to those weird shifty internet sites, that sell the funny-smelling unbranded stuff.
...
Actually, on second thoughts, best not.
Tried Amazon?

Apple Keyboards/mac compatible boards from Logitech and co.

Aside from application specific boards (which cost a metric ton and well... application specific) you won't have much luck dodging that little key with the four squares in it.

Cyborg v7 has a gaming mode. A button on the front that does some shit alongside rendering the windows key nonfunc. Then you can switch it back on with the touch of a finger.

This might not be exactly what you're looking for, but if you google "UNIX keyboards" there are lots of sellers.

No ideas that others haven't mentioned yet, but... what's your problem with a single key?

Probably said key's obnoxious tendency to minimize whatever you have open at the moment when you press it combined with the fact that it sits between the Control and Alt keys.

If you just dont like hitting them accidently, logitech gaming keyboards have toggles to turn them off.

Or you can get keyboards with no symbols anywhere on them.

I am curious of your reasons though - practical or 'OMG I HATE MS SO MUCH NO WINDOWS KEYS FOR ME!'

Steelseries 7G and 6GV2 has a proprietary modifier key in place of the left one.

A couple Logitechs have switches to disable them.

I think what you need is an old 80s IBM model M. I hear those things are pretty durable and better built than cheaper models nowadays are, with springs for every key, not rubber dampers. You really have to press the keys on those, and they make a satisfying, loud click. And, of course, no win/context/turbo/whatever keys to speak of. They were quite common in schools back when I lived in Romania. (I guess that's the upside to being forced to use 20 year old technology XD).
I'm not sure how to get one of those (ebay maybe).
There are also some compact designs that feature only one win and context key, on the left, like the Logitech "ultra-flat".
But if you simply want the key to disappear in terms of functionality(or, as I suspect, lack of). you could just disable it from the os.

The razer black widow has the ability to disable the windows key as well as cherry mx blue switches (the tactile and clicky type)

You could shove little bits of paper under the key until it jams.

Microsoft has a fix, just in case you missed it.

EDIT: Just tried the Microsoft fix, and have successfully disabled my Windows key

I was just wondering if these were still made...

I used to pull the windows keys off my keyboard.
Yet, in answering this question I looked down and noticed I was in fact using a keyboard so old it doesn't have windows keys to begin with.

(And let me tell you, that's old. Windows keys were already quite common by 1997.)

I'm guessing it might exist, but if you're after one for the reasons I think you are, you'd have a much easier time just physically prying the keys off.

(Or disabling them - That's often possible too.)
