So my friend came over to my house to play video games, when we got hungry. I asked him if he'd like some pasta so we were eating while tapping buttons (we were playing Super Mario Bros 3 on VC) with our toes when he noticed I was eating my spaghetti with banana slices. He was all "Eww what are you doing those two don't go together". And I'm like "don't knock it till you try it" but he still thought it was weird.

I've been eating pasta with bananas ever since I had teeth, its so natural to me, yet weird to everyone else. Do you have something, cultural or personal, that is second nature to you but nobody understands?
Playing Super Mario Bros. 3 with your toes while eating pasta ... despite what may or may not be in it, sounds quite strange to me o.o

OT: Though nobody has commented on it yet, I think my taste in music is really strange. It isn't just the fact that I have Music of the Night, Nymphetamine, For the Benefit of Mr. Kite and, Gensou Rakuen on the same playlist ... but the fact that I can sing along to them all while missing few lyrics is a bit strange to me

I assassinate high ranking government officials, I mean why is that so weird? They're gonna die anyways!!!

On a more serious note, I eat ketchup with my kraft dinner. Not that weird I know but, it's all I could think of.

OT: Attempting to learn Japanese, even though I'm still at school and being forced to learn German, French (OMGWTFBBQ), Latin, Greek, English (though I have never actually learnt anything in the lessons, since I'm not supposed to speak english yet, apperently...), and Dutch, my native language.
Damn being born in a small country like Holland...
#$%#@#^# That would take up my entire school day. Just for languages.
How do you guys do that?!
Yeah, I never did understand how I do it... Well, we don't have everything everyday, so 3hrs latin a week, 4hrs greek. Stuff like that. Also, the Latin and Greek part is only in the 'highest' form of education. Or more correctly: for stupid people like me who don't just take one step lower, because it's the same minus latin & greek...

The top of my head moves down when I raise my eyebrows, and lowers when I wiggle my ears. I found out this wasn't normal on Thursday.
I kinda can as well
I can shift the skin on my head back and forth when I wiggle my ears,
also I have a habit of thinking that pockets are for holding anything you don't or can't hold with your hands so I tend to actually have a banana in my pocket as well as be happy to see people.

I can really obsess about things that I like, take Metalocalypse as a example, I can spell it without thinking about it at all.
Talking about things like the origins and the unmaking of the universe durring a sex ed class doesn't seem ..........................well............ funny to me at all.

and I have the constant need to drum even (almost especially) when I don't have my drum kit or any sort of percussion medium nearby.

I also feel a impulse to doodle on every blank piece of paper that I find, almost especially when it is important, I just feel it adds character (literally)

I want to learn almost every language that isn't one of the "romantic" languages
I pretty sure German doesn't count, I'd also like to learn Norwegian, Russian, and horrendously thick British accents (it counts in some cases)

no I do that all the time!!!
if there is a lot of poles that blend together I pretend that they are a top hat.

My own little version is some sort of elemental thing that turns into a theme of what ever it touches that chases beside that car. So if it jumps into the giant black berry bushes that take over the coast that I live in, it turns into a sort of human shaped bush, when it slides o telephone wires it becomes all electrical

that is so abnormal what ever is wrong with you

Sometimes, I'll just say words and make nonsense sentences because the combination of those sounds feels good coming out of my mouth.
My dad does this too. I don't know anyone else who does.

I recently noticed a friend of mine was eating Jam and Cheese sandwiches... You've gotta hope that it originates from a deaf canteen worker and somebody asking for 'ham' and cheese!

American Pancakes with Maple syrup and bacon... Do people find that weird? It's lovely!!!

Grilled cheese sandwiches.

Rather than butter, use mayo on the outside of the bread before grilling it, gives it a nicer crust. Then don't dunk it in tomato soup, dunk it in Catchup. Yummm

I like to talk to myself. I don't have schizophrenia, it just helps me organize my thoughts. Doesn't stop weird looks, though.
Same here. I mean, if I say things to myself, that means I'm committing thoughts to one form, which I can then reject or accept. It's just an easy way to make decisions. When people call me on it, however, I just tell them "There's a difference between talking to yourself and having a conversation with yourself."

I sort of do the same thing, except in my mind he's a skateboarder for some reason. Also, sometimes he'll be boarding from roof to roof.
