Honestly, I always felt that the biggest hurdle Obsidian Entertainment has to overcome with game development, is the fact that they're Obsidian Entertainment.
Perhaps they're problems lie with more approachable subjects, like whether or not they should fire their entire playtest department (and they should), or working on their list of scapegoats to use when one of their games is unplayable on launch.
