Yep I know. Again a horribly late time slot for both Toonami and Sym-bionic Titan means it is hard to watch. I'm sure even the night owls are ko at 3 in the morning, ant if not there is probably a more pressing reason to be up that late. Most likely it involves college and that paper you procrastinated. And there goes the personal anecdote.

Was Green Lantern and Young Justice even that great?

I ask because GL's CG really put me off, and Young Justice did this weird unneeded timeskip in the first episode of the second season, so I havn't seen either every much.

Green Lantern was pretty damn good. It was interesting to see a superhero show that skips the whole origin thing and go straight to the action.

And yeah, Young Justice has been going pretty crazy with the plot lately, but it hasn't jumped the shark yet.

I thought Young Justice was the best thing they've down with the DC property since the DCAU ended.

I'm not to worry about the DC Nation block being postponed. DC is a big property for Warner Bros, I seriously don't they'll stop making shows about it.

Yes, I have thoughts. I don't know what you've been told, but the Titanic sank to the bottom of the ocean a long time ago.

To clarify, I really think that defending CN for a gooood long time before now has always been a wwasted effort. This may be an opinionated opinion, but I've felt that it was in decline back in the 90s, and was pretty much doomed as soon as they cancelled the most brilliantly funny and entertaining mech show of our age: Megas XLR.

Oh yes! Gold is just far too good for you, Cartoon Network! And please, yes! Run away from the good money by doing things like putting on shows that don't even belong to your line of work (things that are not cartoons). While you're at it, spell your channel's name like Kartune Gnetwerk or something like that. THAT'LL MAKE YOU REALLY POPULAR!!

I think the last time I watched CN, Avatar LB and Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends were still going. So that kind of paints the CN I know and remember.

The weird part about Young Justice is that it's their highest rated show, or the show that gets the highest ratings out of any of the others on the network. The problem, of course, is that most people tune in just to watch the DC Nation block and nothing else. Network executives hate, absolutely, hate shows like that. This smells more like Cartoon Network actively trying to cancel it by moving it around, sticking it on hiatus, than anything else.

So, apparently DC Nation(the Cartoon Network block that showed DC comics based series, shorts, and segments) along with it's 2 shows (Young Justice and Green Lantern: the Animated Series) are being postponed until January.

I thought it was weird that last Saturday they pulled out a new episode of Young Justice out of the blue. But I viewed it as like they had to work more on the animation or something.

I think Cartoon Network has been doing a lot of good moves recently The DC Nation Block, the return of Toonami and several good shows, plus the whole nostalgia run they're doing this month, playing shows like Johnny Bravo and Dexter's Lab along with Adventure Time as a celebration of all the Cartoon Network orginals, sadly no Megas XLR.

You guys forgot Generator Rex and ThunderCats. Even though it seemed like Rex was ending anyways T-T. And you know Symbiotic and Thunder cats, even though on toonami, are not coming back. Thunder Cats has a chance but Symbiotic titan has been gone far too long

Reruns are starting again on Toonami and there was talk of the creator returning after he finished Hotel Transylvania.
