I'd be more impressed if people know where my ava came from, but no, I'd not care.

Well, since my avatar is me, I would be really creeped out if someone else was using it as well.
That, sir, sounds like a bit of a dare.
Did it come from the internet?
Maaaaaaaaybe. Maaaaaybe not.
*gasp!*

I've never seen anyone with my avatar, but if I did, I would probably friend them, because Turmion Kätilöt is awesome.

Nope. Members of the publishers club are able to use bigger files for their avatars. I can't remember specifics, but someone who isn't in PC couldn't simply copy and paste as they are limited to a certain size of file.

Someone would definitely notice. :)
Done and done. It's the same pic. Maybe not the same size but it is the same pic.

I would be kind of mad if someone used my avatar. I've yet to see anyone use it though, neither this one nor any of my former avatars for that matter.

I would probably be slightly irritated due to the lack of knowledge of the source, but at the same time in surprise that I actually made something that people like enough to steal.

Pretty much what he said.

Though, admittedly, (that word ALWAYS looks misspelled to me, even though it's not), I only use this avatar here. I have another avatar that I use everywhere else, and I am rather possessive of that one since it was a commissioned drawing, so it's most definitely mine, (and the artist's, xP ).

It's mine, and even though you may think it's very common, I have yet to see someone else using it.

Mine is completely unique. I highly doubt anyone took this exact picture of a person wearing this armor with the same light filters and type of shot. But I mean its Halo 3, so its not THAT different.

I don't know why anyone would want to take my avatar. According to the internet I may well be the only person alive who likes FFVIII and by extension Squall. I did once see someone who had the same (it was one of the default Escapist avatars I just never got around to changing), but he soon altered it.

Then again, if a lovely lady out there has a Rinoa avatar...

Every now and then someone recognizes what my avatar comes from and that's nice. No one's ever taken it though, and I prefer it that way.

Umm... [sub][sub]I found mine on 4chan[/sub][/sub] I've changed mine a little (thanks to TheNumber1Zero for giving me advice there). I did see someone else using it here, which confused me, as I thought I'd started a thread I didn't recognise, but I can't remember who it was...

I keep meaning to get round to making an animated version. But changing an flv frame-by-frame takes a while, and then I did something wrong, removing an hour or so's work, and not giving me a working BOBAFETT! .gif...

I try to use things I know no one else will have. And if they do, mine was being used long enough for me to be established as the one who had it first. But I do get mad when someone directly steals one I made for myself.
