Well your second rule kinda kills my roster but I'd go with General RAAM from Gears of War Skorge from Gears of War 2 and Alex Mercer from Prototype. If your second rule wasn't there I would've had General Grievous too.
I was just thinking, do you think you could catch zombies in Poke'balls?

I would have:
Wrex-for pure badasseryness
Cole Train- cause we can listen to his great one liners while also killing the horde
Revan- A Jedi Master/Sith Lord... i shouldnt have to explain that.
and Master Chief- Cause we need one guy who is guaranteed to kill all things without infection
As for my self i would be decked out in SWAT team gear with an FN F2000, a Barret.50 Cal, a large hunting knife, and a 9mm... and one gernade just in case..
and our group would not worry about surviving so much as going around and killing zombies for fun.

It could go either way? Not really, he is highly manipulable. Remember Civil War? The president said to him that if he inroll on his side, he'll get a badge and had a right to shoot anyone that oppose him. He accepted. The ways i see it, it might irritate him to do the escort mission (like any gamers) but if i said something like;mboagni said:

A little F.Y.I: He is crazy, but predictable. I just hope that he don't swing me like a yo-yo in front of a horde of undead so he can have a kill fest. As for Zombie Deadpool. He got a healing factor. Dead cell would be replace as fast as they would die, and with the extra time he would have i'm confident that is body would produce anti-body. If it work, that I'LL BE IMMUNE AHAHAHAHAHA! Still, it depend of the type, recently every one talk about virus while 50 years ago, they were cause by woodoo or alien.
On another subject: How can Wolverine can regenerate from being strip to only his adamantium skeleton like when Nitro blew him up? The adamantium seal is regenarating DNA, and since there no living cell outside, shoudn't he be stuck being a living skeleton forever?

and finally the Rachni Queen I released in ME1, she owes me a favor for that. So she obviously herself is quite useful but can also produce an army of Rachni soldiers and workers. My horde beats your horde zombies!

Kratos like you gordon freeman and zoey (Hey we got to repopulate) but I would realy like to have them and also the whole cast of TF2 so I can get a chuckle when a spy preteds to be a zombie and does an unseccesful backstab

hes bite proof, and an exelent melee fighter....hed just run right through those zombies....plus they are extreemley protective and i could always clamber onto his shoulders...he would be my close bodygaurd....oh and he dosant need sleep
McMillin from COD4 (the other sniper in chernoble)......a trained SAS member, an expert sniper and survivelist and he seems easyer to get along with than Soap.... he would be in charge of navigating and reconesence
Finally i would choose
Ashley from RE4.....reasons?.......welllllllll....shes smart?....no other reason whatsoever :S
