Tristana, Kardel Sharpeye, and Grievous. Stand on a rooftop, get the snipers to snipe, have Grievous simply hold his sabers in front of the staircase. Not only that, but Grievous can summon robots (Immune to the infection) to constantly bring in new supplies. Then I wait.

Unfortunately, seeing as how I'm the only human of the lot, I may be the first to die...

Well, to be honest, I never played guilty gear myself, but I've heard there both similar. They're both made by arc, so I wouldn't be surprised. Either way, though, it is indeed a brilliant game.

Archimonde (wc3)- not easy to hide but damn destructive.
The prince (of persia)- he'd just reverse time when someone is bitten... or something. Either way he'd still kick arse.
And Dante (DMC)- kills lots, does it with style.
