I'm picking up the indie pack, I'll pick up borderlands GOTY if it ever dips below $10, but it will need the extra DLC for me. Of course, New Vegas is at the top of my wishlist, mostly because I can't afford AAA titles at release.

Bought Deus Ex 2 for future playing. Been really waiting for a steam sale since I don't need it for reatail and 2,5 ? is just shitting cheapish.

Managed to trick a friend into buying the Deus Ex collection too. Pretty pleased with that I say.

I don't know if it's been mentioned already, but on everyday of the sale 30 people will get the first 5 games on their wishlist for FREE.

Note that you need to have 10 games on the list to be put in for it though (I assume this is just in case games in your top 5 can't be given away for whatever reason).

The problem I have here is that every game I'd possibly want, I already own (except Civ5, which I'm picking up later, probably over the wintertime.)

So my wishlist is games I kinda want but wouldn't actually spend my own money on. Nice, but not a game-changer.
I've put down Brink, Deus Ex: Human Revolution and The Witcher 2 in mine, since they say nothing about not allowing pre-orders.

I'm waiting for the next few days to see if there's anything better. I'm having loads of fun with New Vegas anyway. 35 hours in, and I feel as if I've only begun to scratch the surface.

Well, it's not exactly a Steam sale, but still, I got Penumbra Collectors Edition with all 3 games for $5 on Amazon. :D

Hope I'll be one of the ones that get their wish list :D, and it'll be interesting to see what is on deal over the next few days, I bet that the best ones are on the last day... after I spent all my money on days before.

So far I have bought Batman Arkam Asylum (Spelling?) and the Deus Ex Collection

Sometimes I am glad I do not have a gaming capable computer. Think of all the money I am saving! Ah, who am I kidding. It sucks having not having a gaming-capable computer and these sales only make me sadder. *sobs*
Don't fret! For the measly price of $200 you can have a gaming capable computer up in no time!

Side note: This is assuming that you have a decent CPU already, most of today's computers have one already, but double check. Ideally, you want a quad-core.

Alright, I gave in. I bought the Indie Pulse Pack. All I really wanted was Rhythm Zone, but if it'll give me 4 more games for half the price of what I originally wanted, I'm in!

I as well just couldn't turn down the Pulse Pack.

I mean, it has Bit.Trip Beat, Beat Hazard, Audiosurf (which I already own, stupid Seam Packs don't let you gift the new copy to a friend...), and two games I've never heard of, Rhythm Zone and The Polynomial, for five bucks.

And yes, Bit.Trip Beat is just as awesome as it was expected to be, and more. It's seriously that good.

Sweet, I just bought the Orange Box. I already had Portal and TF2, but I didn't have the Half Life games, and it was cheaper to buy them this way than separately. Now the only Steam game that I absolutely want that I don't have is the original Half Life...

Today is the last part of the sale I believe, honestly for me it has been kind of disapointing...

Mafia 2 - $37.49
Star Wars: Knights of the old republic - $2.50
Indie Air Pack - $4.99
Metro 2033 - $10.00
Peggle Deluxe - $4.99
Monkey Island 2 Special Edition: $2.50
Beat Hazard: $2.50
Aliens vs. Predator: $6.80
DiRT 2 - $5.00

Well I might get AvP, does anyone even play the newest one though? or is its community dead?
