I mutter to myself in a scottish or russian accent when I grow irritated and will occasionally slip into an irish or southern accent. And i'm not from any regions that would make this natural.

Well, THIS is going to go horribly wrong.
When I listen to music, I tap my fingers. Not to a basic beat, to like, all the notes in the song. Guitar, drums, all of it. Using different amounts of fingers for emphasis.
I DON'T talk to myself. Unless I'm driving alone, and for whatever reason, don't have any music. Then I tend to randomly summarize the plot of videogames, movies, or TV shows. Just to pass the time.

My thumbs bend backwards at a greater(very slightly) than 90 degree angle. My left arm is flexible enough to reach every part of my back. Only my left arm though.
