Oh one of the extra Missions. Yeah I never got around to finishing those.bluerocker said:snip
I'm currently playing through it on the Wii and I'm kind of torn as to which would be better. I love the Wii for the painting controls, but the dodging and attacking on the Wii is... less than responsive. If anything I'll get the game on the Ps3 just to see how the controls compare. Either that or play it at someone else's house.Catfood220 said:I played and loved this game when it got re-released on the Wii, even though I am lead to believe that this is the lesser version of the game, I still really loved it, it has some really beautiful moments, moments that when you first see them will actually make you go "wow".
I'm not saying its the perfect game, I think it does have its flaws, but buying this on day one is definately a no brainer for me, I'm looking forward to playing it with a proper controller.
It's in the same realm as the original Shadow of the Colossus. Okami still looks brilliant, but it doesn't quite look right on big HD TVs.Secret world leader (shhh) said:Okami is literally the single most pointless game you can choose to give an HD remake. It's still beautiful on PS2. HD can do nothing to enhance it.

I played the original, and loved it, until I got stuck and pissed off at some wall-creature on the demon island, and I never went back and beat it.

One of the things I love about the game, is that you don't need any prior knowledge of Shinto lore.chadachada123 said:Latest threads:

I can't say I was surprised to see that, and guessed that you were, in fact, the thread creator, hah. Glad to see you didn't disappoint!
As for me, I played the Wii version for a short time and found it to be very enjoyable. The gameplay, the cultural references, the graphics style, all of it melded together to be a really fun Japanese game.
I don't own a PS3, but I have considered purchasing the Wii version, and likely will if I ever find a good sale or have some extra money to burn.
