Tropico (PC): Control a tropical island in this political sim. May sound dull but it actually really entertaining from legalising gambling to eliminating your election rival. Whats not to like?
Looking forward to Tropico 3...

Earthworm Jim, for me. I complete it on easy JUST so I can hear the hilarious "cheapout" ending again

Warcraft 2! Legendary.
Legendary to myself, as well. Got this game back when I was 12. love this game, it's what got me hooked on strategy games.
I was brought up on this and Starcraft. Great stuff never goes bad, just look at Battlenet: still kickin'.

Sigh...

You kids don't know what an old game is. Somebody said a football game from 06. Tecmo super bowl is an old football game! You can't say ANY of the recent sports games, because they are all the same as the one that came out in the previous year.

Morrowind is a good game that I still play, but IT'S NOT OLD. Hell, I would disqualify any PS2 or Xbox game right off the bat because the vast majority of gamers still regularly uses them for games.

Wanna play a good old game? Pull out the SNES, back when nintendo had solid third party support and had the best system out there. Toss in Chrono Trigger, Mario Kart, Starfox, Street Fighter 2, Final Fantasy 3, Legend of Zelda: a link to the past or Sim City. You kids think the N64 was a good system? Not even close. Back in the day, Sega was putting out a new system every week, nintendo foolishly decided to NOT pursue a cd based system, and the ps1 was solid GOLD. Resident Evil and Tomb raider rocked our minds. Final Fantasy 7 changed the way we thought about how an RPG should look.

People used to go to arcades because the games there were more advanced than console games. I knew a guy who could beat House of the Dead with his first coin. Arcade games were fun, like the Simpsons arcade game, and the X-men arcade game.

Bubble Bobble!

Me and my mom would sit and play it for HOURS (she was always the blue dino and I was always the green one). We had the passwords for almost all the phases wrote down. It was insane.

But, when we got to stage 250-and-something and we saw no ending in sight, we kind of 'gave up', really ¬.¬
Which version were you playing? The arcade version only has 100 levels if I remember correctly.

We played the Master System version. Don't ask me why that thing has so many levels >.< It's a fun game, yes, but, it gets really tiring after so many levels (specially when they want you to grab things from specific levels to open the door in the Boss Stage ¬.¬)

The first star fox for the Super Nintendo The graphics are obviosouly laughable now but it's still supersingly fun to play so it gets my vote.
