Old escapist series. You guys missing them?

Frankly, I miss Extra Credits. Once they left I stopped watching it and I thought the series had died. Apparently I'm wrong. Then again, I completely missed out on the last few months of the show so I never fully understood why they left anyway.

It was a big diabacle about a who-owes-who money situation with them and the escapist. Apparently, they didn't get paid a for a certain amount of time because the escapist thought that they were owed money which was never really established before and they ended up just outright leaving this brand-new debt and going to Penny Arcade TV. Which I hate, I just fucking hate Penny Arcade for everything their worth now.

Hay guiz who else misses Game Dogs

After hearing about the above, I very much want to see it return, if only because it is amazingly bad.

Where though has Lisa Folie gone. She was around pretty much a month when I joined right before she left. Still kinda wish she did more since I enjoyed her content.

Extra Credits, because I'd rather have them on a website that is semi interesting then a website that feels like it needs to talk down to me with sophistication.

The only one I remembered before reading this thread was Doraleous, which I honestly didn't like. Characters whispering to each other for 4 minutes is not a joke. I would say Extra Credits, but they're still on Penny Arcade, so no loss.

This. It was a good show, but I wouldn't put it near my favorites.

OT: Doomsday Arcade and Apocalypse Lane were great.

And Extra Credits was good to a certain extent. Some of their episodes fell a little flat.

I miss Doomsday Arcade too, poor ol' Lazer Cat. Although was disappointed how abruptly it all ended.

I have to admit i miss Rebecca Mayes, although i feel her series peaked with Epic Win.

I miss lots like Top 5 and Daily Drop, but shows Doraleous and Assoc. and Anthony Saves the World were standouts for me. I hated how Doraleous ended too...

Okay, I should say Extra Credits too, but let's just face it...the Escapist wasn't the best environment for them. No, not because of the users. There's a ton of people here who liked EC and an amount of them left when they did. Everyone around at the time of EC's departure KNOWS why that happened...

...but MODesty forbids the actual talking about it, I'm sure.

(Oh, and yeah I'm aware that UR still has a place of its own and updates, and that they left the site for...about the same reasons as EC, but I really did like those guys here.)

I really liked There Will Be Brawl. I know it ended because it was done storyline wise, but I'd like to see Mercer do another show.

yeah UnforgottenRealms was awesome, always looked forward to it but after they left from here they didn't get too much done and then I stopped going once a month on their site as nothing new ever appeared.

Like others I miss Top 5, I didn't care for Doraleus at first, but then it grew on me. Those who miss it should check out this.Here's another link for Extra Credits.

Back on topic, a show I miss that no one else has mentioned is Show About Games Show. I guess I just like sketch comedy done well.

Like others, I really miss Lisa's Top 5, but even more so I miss Daily Drop.

That one fruit that took a crowbar hit and the subsequent noise just had me ROFLing to no end.

Still we have Miracle of Sound now and Jim... And I'm hoping for the Escapist that ZP sticks around.
