Ok here's one: space shooter, top-down view, one weapon would turn enemies to fight for you momentarily. Nothing else besides that description. Thanks!
That's "Psychic 5" one of my all times favs!!!Harley Bartles said:Hey guys.
Awesome thread! Had a good trawl through, but all the ones I can answer have been answered..
So I recall a coin op arcade game in our local newsagents. Must have been 87-90 or thereabouts. 2D side on platformer where you played as either a young boy, a girl or a strong man. Each character had it's own strengths and weaknesses - eg there were certain gaps that the strong man couldn't get over as he couldn't jump as far. You could switch out between the different characters (possibly by collecting tokens to allow the swap?). It was all kinda swinging jumping falling dodging kind of action and hella fun.
Been evading me for 20 years this one...
Do you remember if it was a isometric/top down race game or if it was viewed from behind the car ?Falcro1 said:Hello, I am hoping there might be someone here that remembers this game. I am not sure if it was a platform game or a pc game but here is what I can remember.
1; It is a battle type racing game
2; released sometime in the 1990's
3; Featured an annoying CG announcer (He reminded me of MAX Headroom)
4; The race was one when you killed all of the other contestants.
I hope someone out there remembers this game because it is driving me crazy trying to find it lol
TIA

Ok, screen, many small colorful tiles, 2 players or you could play w/ PC, so basically you click on the tiles and trying to color as many area you can, same thing does your opponent in order, like one step second step is opponent. So this much is explanation, as best as I could, sorry English is my third language, and thank you.
Lemmings ?Senerade said:Ok I'm currently looking for a game where you had little guys roaming on a map. The object of the game was to get the guys from the start point to the end point which they walked back and forth by themselves unless you gave them a command. you could make certain little guys do a command whether it be blow up part of a wall to make a path for the rest of the guys to get to the door which they needed to get to to end the lvl or to parachute down to do the same. Been looking for this game for a while now and help would really be appreciated.
Some version of Lemmings, surely?Senerade said:Ok I'm currently looking for a game where you had little guys roaming on a map. Pandemonium?howaboutthis said:I am trying to find a game that I remember my buddy playing in 1998 or 99. You played as a jester and ran around collecting coins. The levels were very bright neon colors. I don't know what platform it was on.
Alien Soldier?-=Giygas=- said:I'd like someone to refresh my memory, really want to check this game out again. I think it was on the SNES (thought it could have been on the Genesis, I don't remember) where it was a bit like Contra, but you were a bird soldier thing, and one of the bosses was a guy who turned into a Tiger, I think. I remember playing this a while ago, and really wanna play it again, but have no clue where to look! Someone help! D:
The only Genesis game I remember allowing you to choose to mount weapons on the top/bottom of your ship and then angle them was Sol Feace... I don't remember a frog boss though.wolfcaller666 said:Looking for a game that I only played from demo cartridge of a sega genesis system, basically what I recall is that its a side scrolling aircraft shooter, depending on how you choose to mount ur attachments as you get them ( either top or bottum) gave the weapon a different shooting angle or ability, the first level started u out in like a city setting , where at the end you kill a big robotic ship boss, the second level was like an old highway like dessert setting, an you fight a big green robotic frog looking boss that launches missles, It came on the same cartridge as blaster ( lil red dude with a blaster gun you could charge an shoot a big red ball) .......back on topic tho this game has a similar look to eliminate down but with no ability to control a humonoid.......very intense game an would love to figure out the name, any help would be great...thank you
First game sounds like Golden Axe.jadedog said:I have two that I can't remember they are both for a computer/pc game. First one involves a side scroller style game play with heroes that use swords or magic to attack enemies... in one of the cut scenes to advance to the next level the heroes have to get on the back of a giant moving island that is actually a turtle! The second computer game is and educational game that uses math to solve problems but takes place in a cold type environment you use a character to move around and you can go around the village collecting crystals or diamonds...in one of the futuristic city environment you get up on a ledge that goes invisible and if you are not in the right spot you will fall off the invisible ledge. If you can get the names to these two computer games that would be great.

Awesome game ;D
Edit: Being awesome at ninjaing!
Would that be Tanktics?Jasonsea212 said:Hello there, I have a game which is quite hard to explain but I hope you guys can remember, as it was awesome!
It was a PC game in about 1998-2002 ish which was a RTS (Real-Time Strategy), the game was that you are a giant bird with a magnet and you picked up parts to build vehicles (tanks mostly) which were highly customizable and you could build them with as many parts as possible, the parts used to build vehicles with came out of a machine which was basically your base and you had to go use these vehicles you build to go destroy the enemy base
It would be so great if you guys could name it for me, as I can't think for the life of me what it was called.
If you need a little more detail about it feel free, I can recall some of the methods in how the vehicles were built (to build them you used the magnet to pick up the parts and put them on top of each of other to build your vehicle).
Soul Reaver?King Aragorn said:There was one for the PS2, it included a Ninja dressed in purple-black, and you lost your memory or something. You were hunting for stones to regain your memories, and you had the choice of who to serve.
