One of my oldest memories is of a DOS game I had played. Here is everything I can remember about it:

- Takes place in a castle/dungeon
- You could choose to be a boy/girl
- The game was intended for kids (aesthetically at least)
- You could build walls within this castle/dungeon
- There were worm/snake like enemies
- Released no later than 1993 (looks like it was made in the mid 80s)
- At one point in the game you encounter a dragon
- Overall looks very simplistic

I apologize if this description is vague but I don't remember much else. If I saw a screen I would recognize it immediately.

This was a game I played in the 80's on my Commodore 64. I remember a screen with what I think were apples all over these different paths. You had to gather all the apples before what i think was a bear would come out of a cave and chase you around. You could see all of this all at once the apples, the cave and I remember a house?? I played that game alot and cannot figure out what it is?? Anyone remember anything like this? Over 20 some years ago the brain cant remember much details.
This sounds like Crystal Castles to me.

Back in the '90s, there was this game I borrowed from a friend for PC.
It was set in the future in space, in some colony or something. It was run by a computer program with a face¿ The program or whatever went rogue and released a bunch of crazy science shit,
like these monkeys with over developed brains that would shoot waves at you,
or mostly a fuck load of robots all over the place.

I think you were trying to escape from it.
Crazy huge expansive PC game. It had a command line and you could type in your items to spawn:
lasers, syringes, laser ice picks, usual future stuff.....

What is the name!?

I have tried google
I have tried IRC channels
I have tried yahoo answers
all have failed me, please, PLEASE someone help me with this:

from what little i remember it was a PC game, it is at LEAST 5 years old, almost certainly older still

the game is centered (if not completely then at least in part) around the ability to transform/shapeshift into (or appear as) people you've met
i remember you had some sort of garment, i wanna say a kind of special high-tech armor that lets you do this
i feel like the box art (or main art) was your head (or helmet) which i want to say was green (or something near to it)
i don't think there was much if any combat, i feel like it was an adventure/puzzle kinda game

i distinctly remember there was a body of water, lake or large pond, that had large chunks of ice with cracks allthroughout it, and a boat in the water
i really hope someone can help me with this, thank you to anyone who can glimpse anything off of it

Okay, I need a bit of help here.

It was a game on the Nintendo 64, there were 4 main characters of different colors, they were lizards who were transformed into these weird...things. You could stretch your tongue out to put enemies in your mouth and spit them out. 3D platformer game.

Any ideas?
Dammit Tizzy! >:D Is it a Gex game? Is it Gex 3: Deep Cover Gecko?

No, it isn't...

Am I damned to not knowing!
That's what I get for thinking I could just come up with it off the top of my head. And I think it only has three playable characters.

*cracks knuckles*

Hmmmm... Okay. Second guess. Chameleon Twist? There were two.

EDIT: Did I guess it?

I need some help.

A while back, probably 2005-06 although I'm not 100% sure, I used to play a game on the PC. It was a game in browser and it was based around making levels and publishing them. It was a 3D game and when you played other's levels you would play in 1st person. The game had a few mechanical things that I can rememeber: teleports, a slingshot with ammo pickups and enemies. Another feature was the ability to select a theme for your level such as horror where the screen would be a shade of red, and I think another one was night where it would be darker. That's all I can remember from it, and I just want to find it to see if it still exists.

hello everyone :)
I think it was 10 years ago when I played this game on my old PC
It's a robot game that has 2 mode (Story mode and VS mode)
You played as a robot and could turn into a jetfighter(or something like) same as Transformer :/
You can play 1 player or 2 players to fight together or to battle in VS mode that's separate your screen into 2 part for each player (2 player in 1 PC)
In VS mode,
- You can control 1 robot but you can build another robot soldier for your team
- At the Podium in the middle of map has a weapon that can be pick by the player who come first

It's been killing me to know what the game's name it!! If anyone knows or has an idea of what it was, please help >__< Thank you very much!
( I'm not good at writing English. I apologize for any mistake I may cause.)
Sounds similar to L.A.P.D Future Cop (was actually mentioned a page back) Turn between a robot walker and a bike or something.
OH!! Thank you very very much
You've made my day, thank again! <3

Hello,
I have two that have been bugging me for a very long time:
the first is a motorcycle racing game, it was cartoon-y. And I remember you could kick and punch the other racers...
And the other one was a very cartoon-y game with a character whose name i remember as Dizzy... he had weird blonde hair. The game had different kinds of mini-games like racing in weird cars, also a 2d scroller... it is a very old game...
First game sounds like one of the Road Rash series.

EDIT: Found it, it was Killer Loop.

I'm looking for an old racing game for PC. You were racing with tripods, I remember two levels (Hawaii, Moscow) but there were more. There were items on the track, that's about all I remember.

Google didn't help, so I figured I'd try here. Thanks in advance!

I cant find this stupid Facebook game anywhere ! Like it never existed. Don't know the name :( Its a simple little game where you shoot a little cowboy shaped like a bullet from one spinning wheel to the next collecting coins. The game ends every time you fall off a spinning wheel. And there's this banjo music playing in the background. CAN ANYONE HELP ME ?

Hello there, I really hope someone can help me with this one.

The game is an RPG with 3D graphics. I would believe it is from the 1995 - 2005 era (my guess).

In the game you play this guy who is traveling to his uncle (perhaps?) and finds him dead (as I remember). I can't remember the plot of the game, but I do remember that you become a mage. And you get some sort of "Mage Nexus" or "Base".

In my mind the game was called something with "Hex" but after countless futile hours I have given up on that. However I am still convinced there was something with an X.

One thing I DO remember however is, that there is a battle in the end of the game, where there is actually a lot of NPC's fighting along side you. Very epic and just to my taste!

Is this tickling anyones mind? :)

Thank you so much Krall!! It was Star Control 2!!!

You just made my day :) I really appreciate it. You have no clue how long I've been wanting to remember the name of it. You just reopened part of my childhood.
No problem! :)

Okay, so I once had a race game. I think they made it after 2000, it was sometimes in buggy`s. You also had like sand maps, and also "space" maps. I`m really searching for it a long long time already... I really hope someone can help me with this race game. It was like a childgame, I spent all my childhood on it. It was a PC Game, not really good graphics but for that time they were okay. Pleasee help <3 !
This is a rather vague description, but the fact that you mentioned "space" maps reminds me of Big Red Racing, which had races on different planets.

There was one game that I can't remember. You start off in a castle and once you leave, you wander around the map, which is 2d, and you fight enemies that are already visible on the map.

To fight the enemies, you create your armies by "buying" (i don't actually remember the correct way it occurred) troops and you use these to fight other creatures.

You have a small ship and sail around, but I don't remember the purpose of the game whatsoever. I do remember that there were dragons, elves, zombies, fairies, and other types of beings that could be recruited into your army. Any help would be appreciated.
Heroes of Might and Magic?
no, it was na older gen game, most likely on snes, nes, or the sega.
