I remember this game from so long ago, maybe early/mid 90's. i THINK it was on the computer, but I am not positive... like 90% sure it was on the computer.
It was a game that.. you picked a race or something, similar to how you do in the starcraft franchise.
You then were given an army, and it would be given a level value (i think).
----------> It's not a top down view of the game, nor is it anything like a realtime strategy, i just remember my brother being able to pick a race of his army. I believe he chose humans. or the most generic one. I can't remember. I was like 6.
I remember... the "army fights" or w/e they were looked very similar to how it looks when you fight in say.. advanced wars or a Final Fantasy game, where your army was on the left, and the opponents army was on the right.
It was single player, and I am pretty sure that it was the same order of "army battle" scenarios each time you played the game.
I wanna say the game had a purple menu interface, but that could be wrong. I cannot for the life of me remember what this game is called.
- early 90's, army/battle/war simulating game.
- Not top down view like in starcraft
- you didn't control the army yourself, it's "level value" would either be better or worse than your opponent
- the fight scenes resembled heavily on advance wars style (http://gamersxtreme.org/wp-content/uploads/2013/04/Advance-Wars.jpg)
