Hi everyone, just found this forum and it looks like the place I need. I'm trying to figure a game I played in late 80s early 90s. It was an arcade game:

-Took place underwater
-You were a scuba commando type person I think
-Used a spear gun?
-Side scroller

That's all I can remember. Can anyone help??

Alright so I remember playing a game years ago on PC with some-what 8bit graphics, and I really liked it. For about 2 years now I've been trying to find this game but I've had no luck.
It was an RPG. There are 5 friends in the starting of the game, a blond haired sword fighting man, his green haired elf girlfriend, another red-haired girl, another man I can't really recall, and a green slime/sludge creature which is a sidekick/pet of the swordfighter.

These friends start out together and fight enemies together but then we reach a point in the game where they all have to go their separate ways, so we have to choose any one character to proceed with the game.
The swordfighter goes his separate way to take swordifighting training, and his sludge pet goes with him. The elf, and the unknown man, not too sure. The red-haired woman goes her separate way to train herself with magic and spells and such. Now there comes a time in the story where the elf girl misses her swordfighter boyfriend and leaves everything behind to re-unite with him. Once they're back together, the couple spends more time with each other and the sludge pet feels left out, so the sludge runs away and goes his separate path. There was one such quest for the sludge's story where it has to fight these brown earth monsters called Golems and retrieve a certain amount of Golem heads in order to complete the quest.

This is all I remember, and I was never able to complete the storyline because my PC was formatted years ago.

Please help me out.
Bump..
Any help would be much appreciated, I really, really want to find this game..
Double bump..
I find it hard to believe that nobody has a clue on what this game might be. C'mon people, this is really, really important to me and I need to find out what it was called...

I have 3 games on mind all of it I played 11.12 years ago all of it are PC games:
1- Simulating game
building dinosaurs farm, you can grow Theropoda dinosaurs and Sauropodomorphs dinosaurs and they can attack each other if you don't protect the Sauropodomorphs. you can proliferate them by eggs .

2-FPS game, you can choose your character sex, you play on a spaceship fighting aliens, I remember one room in the game that has sensors guns that when you enter it, the guns automatically shoots you, you can exit the spaceship but you need equipments if you exited without it you die.

3-FPS game, your first weapon is scythe I think, you fight skulls heads on the beginning of the game then the game gets harder and you fight different creatures the one that I remember was wizards, you can revive yourself by collecting apples.

I'm sorry for my English I'm not a native speaker, and I hope you help me find these games
Who knows anything about any of these games ? I'm willing to give away 10$/game to the person who does help me find these games :) it's a total of 30$ guys please help me <\3

I have a few games I remember playing but don't know their names. I have played these on Win95.

1. A platform game in which you must help a balloon dog jump on colored balloons over a starry background.

2. A top-down puzzle/adventure game, the type in which all objects move as the player does (you move 1 block, enemies move 1 block too). I distinctly remember the music to have been Mozart's Turkish march.

There's a computer game I remember playing with my brother when we were kids in the 90s. We both have a few vivid memories of the game, but not enough that we are able to find it by searching on Google (we've spent a few hours searching for it in vain.)
From my searches, I think that game is an updated version of the 60s original ?Spacewar? video game.
I think the game was created in the 90s, but it may have been late eighties as well. And we played it either on PC or Mac, we can't remember which.

Here is all we remember about the gameplay:
--It was a game two people played on the same computer sharing the keyboard, but I think you could play also against alone against the computer as well.
--The 2 players each choose a spaceship and fight a duel in space. There were 10 or so different spaceship to chose from.
--It's a 2D game. The screen is static and wraps around: e.g. when your spaceship exits on the left (or top) it reappears on the right (or bottom)
--You move around the screen using the keyboard: there was turn left/turn right/accelerate/shoot. That's it! (I don't remember a slow-down key, but there may have been one.)
--Each spaceship had different speed, size and shape; and each had 1 weapon and 1 special feature. We can only remember our favorites: a small round agile saucer which fires a laser straight towards the opponent and stops on the spot when you released the accelerator; and a large slow spacecraft which fired guided missiles and automatically shot weak lasers at enemies that got too close; and a triangular ship that fires a long powerful laser straight in front of it.

That's all my brother and I can remember. But it was a great game, and we had hours of fun fighting it out with this simple, well-designed game.
We'd really appreciate if someone else remembers this game too, and we'd be grateful to know the name of this game.

Many thanks to everyone for your help.

Ok. This is going to be a long shot since I can barely remember anything about this game.

Was a playstation 1 game.
So basically, this was a first person 3D sci fi shooter from what I can remember. (small chance of third person) I can't remember if there was a single player or if it was purely 2 player 1v1 kind of thing. But basically, most of the levels consisted of these alien like levels. Space like sky and the weapons were futuristic to a point..

The characters/players looked like mercenaries., Fairly buff and I think sleeveless. And some of the weapons what I can remember were a bazooka, I think there was a green laser like weapon that shot to a point (had a distance limit). I think there may have been a flamethrower possibly. If memory serves, there was also rockets and guided rockets too.

There would be weapon spawns around the levels. And one thing I noticed is you could pause the game and the weapons would still spawn, causing a pretty colored light to surround the player if you stood on the spot, getting stronger/brighter the longer you left the game paused. I believe the colors were determined by the weapons. It was a particle effect when running into the weapon to pick it up.

I remember a small level that was in what looked like a greenish very low roof warehouse. An outside planet that consisted of mostly green alien like terrain and a black sky, some hills as well. The terrain itself was filled with hills and such (nothing too high)

The bazooka looked more like balls of fire and didn't shoot very fast. I think there was also a 500 ammo limit or 999 ammo limit on collecting.

I also vaguely remember another level where there were blueish stairs, and what looked like metal machinery/spacelike tech. But nothing was usable. I think the sky was also black.

The game's music felt rather alien like too, and sometimes even a little creepy.

Hi guys, I wonder if you can help me. I a looking for a cop rpg, basically you play as a cop who has to save a girl, the only thing I remember is the last scene which is somewhere in police station I think, the girl is tied to a chair in the middle of the room and you have to eliminate all cops before you can untie and save her.
I played the game long time ago on an arcade machine so I am not sure what system it was made for...

Thanks for any suggestions!

Ok guys, I've got a couple of games I can't remember/find at all, and I'm a stubborn searcher if you ask me! So there you go:

-In this first PC game, you are using a 3rd person back view, and you are a white guy dressed in black. You carry some sort of gun that shoots something, and your enemies are pretty much duck-like yellow things (I don't know if there are more).
You move using some kind of hoverboard, it's a platforming game, and you move between sections (which are suspended in the sky) using hot-air balloons, or something that kind... When you fall down, the guy screams in despair (oh, and it's not Pandemonium!);

-This second PC game is a futuristic one, you are using tanks or whatever, and you are trying to destroy other vehicles. I don't know if it's an arena shooter or else, I remember it being all colorful and technologic, and tanks;

-Third and last game. It's some sort of platformer, for SNES, and I vaguely remember it being scary (I was like 7), 'cause when you die, you become a skeleton or a skull. The protagonist looks like a giant lemming, and the first level is set in a forest or into some woods. It was colorful, and you are this thing escaping/being judged by things identical to you!

Thanks in advice!!!

Alright gaming world, I am in your hands now.
Stystem:Sega Dreamcast (I'm hoping) haha
Alright, so if I remember correctly the game play is first person. Your able to summon demons (I'm guessing that's what they are) to help progress through the game. They level up by how often you use them and they each have their own advantages. Such as some fly, tank rolls, archery. After you kill an enemy they drop these orbs. That's about all I can remember of the game.

Any help is still help! Haha
Thanks in advance guys!!

I'm trying to remember the names of a few PC games from the late 90s (maybe early 2000s even, but pretty sure it was even before then)

1. You played as some sort of greek hero and had to fight mythological beasts. The graphics weren't exactly "good" but they weren't like, first nintendo bad. If you look up the are you afraid of the dark pc game, it kinda had graphics like those (essentially the "photographs of people" visual look)
I vaguely remember that if you die, you would go to some sort of "heaven" and Zeus or someone similar would be like "you messed up lol but we'll give you another chance"

2. For some reason I am almost convinced this game has the acronym ROT or ROTC but I haven't been able to find anything...I don't really remember anything about the game. I think it was a side scroller adventure type game. and it had absolutely incredible log in screen music that i've been trying to find for a long time. and for some reason I'm pretty sure it was called Roll of thunder or Roar of thunder or maybe cry of thunder (but none of these things popped up when I searched)

3. This one was a space shooter type game where you controlled a ship and you could maneuver up, down, left, or right in 3D space. I don't really remember much else but it wasn't like asteroids, it was an actual 3d game.

I'm looking for a game. I think it was probably PS1 era. It was a turn based (or active-time-battle) RPG where you control 3 or 4 characters in your party. However, you had more characters total than would fit in your party. At some point, (possibly the final boss?), you had to control 2 parties of characters in the same turn based battle while you fought this gargantuan monster. Each group could target different spots on the enemy and you could switch between parties.

I've been looking for this for so long that I'm not even sure anymore if it ever existed.
Sounds like Final Fantasy 7? You control three people in your group, but there are much more then that, including two optional characters. At the end when you fight the boss you use all of your characters split into two teams?
Thanks for the attempt but no, not Final Fantasy VII. I'm very certain that it actually wasn't any of the Final Fantasies as I've played them enough to remember them.
